1 /5 Zaib Fatima: Team Ibnsina Foundation,
I am reaching out regarding the dental treatment at your office on January 10, and Jan 31, 2025. We underwent a tooth extraction, and despite more than a month having passed, she has not yet recovered. She is still experiencing significant pain and ongoing bleeding.
Each time we visit your office seeking further care, we are repeatedly told that a doctor is unavailable at that time, which has become extremely frustrating. The patient has developed a dry socket, which we believe resulted from surgical negligence, as the surgeon administered anesthesia twice and caused a deep cut inside her gums during the procedure.
Despite multiple visits, we have been told that nothing can be done and that the issue will heal on its own. However, given that over a month has passed without improvement, we strongly believe further intervention is necessary. Additionally, other dentists we have consulted have advised that the same surgeon who performed the extraction should be the one addressing the complications.
I want the full name of the surgeon who performed the procedure, as we need this information for further consultation and potential escalation. The way this situation has been handled, along with the lack of proper follow-up treatment, is highly concerning. We urge you to take immediate action to address this matter.
I want the details for the owners or board members of the Ibn Sina foundation to complain about this whole situation.
Whole management is very rude they do not care about the patient health and well being.
