1 /5 Shannon Sammon: As a new patient, I was very unsure of what to expect. Unfortunately, the only person that showed me any empathy, or care, was the receptionist, Griselda. Other than that, Dr Lin was not empathetic at all. I expected much more person centered treatment and understanding than what I received. I informed Griselda that she was the only staff member who appeared to care about me as a patient. I will not be returning. I need a Dr that will listen and who attempts to treat me as a person.

5 /5 Anis Rangwala: Had an excellent visit with Dr. Almonte today to alleviate knee pain. The office staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable. Zero wait time, extreme efficiency, and the doctor was very knowledgeable. He took his time to understand my situation and had a plan in place for my remedy instantly. The office is extremely clean and well run. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Almonte for any pain issues that may arise.

5 /5 Brandie Twitty: I need a solution to pain management due to trauma done to my back. Due to the nature of my visit this can be emotionally and mentally exhausting. Everyone one from the from Griselda at the front desk to my Dr and Pearlie who assessed my physical therapy needs. I want to acknowledge Pearlie specifically. She had specific training with my partial situation and showed empathy and care. She took extra time with me. I have PTSD and she knew how to handle each assessment. My experience was already great but this was an extra piece that was very impressive. I’ve delt with many medical appointments where I needed to explain the sensitivity in my case. Not a big deal but a norm for me. Pearlie impressed me. My Dr also took is some sensitive information and gave me a safe space to have open communication about our solutions.

5 /5 Angela Young: Brazos Pain Management is a specialized clinic for patients with chronic or acute pain, that I would highly recommend to those in need of such services. The staff is courteous, helpful and very professional. Dr. Lin and Almonte are wonderful and obviously among the best in their field. They are very personable and would go to great lengths to make sure their patients are taken care of; for that, I am very thankful. They have incorporated my care to involve approved family members and in my personal case, the help of other doctors to ensure that I am taken of in every area that I may need. The staff that supports them and patients are very well trained and also among the best and it is obvious through their constant concern and kindness. Thank you Brazos, Angela Young -Dukes

1 /5 Qx Xi: They didnt help me at all. They shot up my back with so much novocaine that I was sick in bed for 3 days. Dont waste your time. Also they will not write benzo or opiate scripts at all, not even 5 pills. Waste of time and money.
