1 /5 Shannon Sammon: As a new patient, I was very unsure of what to expect. Unfortunately, the only person that showed me any empathy, or care, was the receptionist, Griselda. Other than that, Dr Lin was not empathetic at all. I expected much more person centered treatment and understanding than what I received. I informed Griselda that she was the only staff member who appeared to care about me as a patient. I will not be returning. I need a Dr that will listen and who attempts to treat me as a person.
