On two visits I didnt see the doctor but an assistant who messed up the impression further. Im asking for a full refund including x-ray cost. Theyve put me on hold for now.

Follow up: receptionist said to call the billing and was pretty rude. Billing told us to check with that specific receptionist. What a joke ! Between all this insurance confirmed Kelsey clinic took $200 extra upfront.
Nonetheless the doctor and nurses are amazing.
