5 /5 Katey Shelton: I went in for an ACL surgery and was so nervous as I have never had surgery before. I just want to say how incredible the nurses are at this hospital, especially nurse Elizabeth. They are all so caring and kind. I never had to ask for anything. Warm blankets were brought to me throughout my stay and they made sure I was taken care of every second before and after my surgery. My doctor Travis frantz is amazing and answered every question I had. I really recommend this hospital, doctors, and nurses. Thank you!

2 /5 Zane Madden: I’ll never take a loved one here again. 5 hours waiting with my brother. He’s dehydrated and in pain. After 2 hours they got him an IV and took blood for lab work. IV done another 3 hours later still no lab results. We finally just left. Go to Baylor instead. One bright spot was security. They seemed to care and be more concerned than the doctors and nurses.

5 /5 Mandy DeMoss: I have nothing but great things to say about Texas Health HEB. I was admitted 3 different times since May, and my experience was phenomenal. Everyone from the sweet cafeteria lady, to the custodians, nurses, technicians, and doctors, were absolutely amazing. Being in the hospital is a scary experience, but from the moment I entered the ER each time, every person treated me with such care. The chaplain, Mandy, came by twice during my stay to check in, and one of the therapists even prayed with me one day. Thank you to all of the staff that took care of me during this time. I have a whole new appreciation for the medical field after this experience.

5 /5 Bonnie Tisdale: Gave birth on Oct 3, 2024! Had an amazing experience health care wise. My body didn’t cooperate so needed a c section my choice! Room and ward were so beautiful and clean and cozy! From the moment I was admitted to when I left everyone was kind and friendly and attentive. I’m 40 and this is my first baby and I was scared excited an nervous! Shot out to the absolute BEST OBGYN Dr. Richard Wagner! Also can’t remember her name but they have An amazing midwife there too. I would definitely deliver here again!

5 /5 Danny Steele: Not sure why the bad reviews, our experience has been excellent. Wife had her gallbladder removed and they had a swarm of nurses assisting her and attending. Super nice and professional. They got her in a timely manner and surgery went well.

Tee Russell: Disappointed that everything has to be about money. If you come to your physical and have anything going on that you want to discuss. You have to change to a regular appointment. So basically, you can’t talk about anything else but your physical. Never heard of this. Then if you have tested positive for COVID, they won’t call anything in for you without you doing a virtual appointment which could be scheduled 2-4 days out. What’s the point after 5 days when you should be getting over it. I feel like I can’t get the adequate care without making sure I’m paying an extra dollar first. I would have understood calling something in but also scheduling the appointment but to just say no nothing until then doesn’t seem very empathetic or compassionate for your patients in my opinion.

I dont know why their app has a questions feature because the answer is always to make another appointment. causing me to miss work for multiple fruitless appointments Ive also never met my primary care doctor. L: Nurse Diana D has a terrible bedside manner and was more concerned about the fact that I vape rather than treating my severe psoriasis symptoms. They do not refill or prescribe controlled substances, another reviewer couldn’t even get her Zoloft here. I was prescribed a skin cream smaller than a trail toothpaste tube. Which was to cover my whole body. She wanted bloodwork done to lecture me over my A-1C before anything else and I am not diabetic OR pre diabetic. I was told I will die if I keep vaping like my grandma died from cigarettes in a very crude manner. Though that is not why I visited the office at all. My referrals to specialist for dire skin concerns and the refills I needed from a psychiatrist didn’t get placed for over a month; though I was out of meds they refused to refill at this office. Complete waste of time and also disrespectful experience.
