Karen Rushton: We began going to this office because of their convenient hours. Their staff is friendly. However, now we have had two scheduling mess-ups. The first one was a cleaning appointment for me. I made an appointment. Days before the appointment, I was called and told that the appointment was made with a dentist instead of a hygienist and could I change it so I would be with a hygienist. I said no and went ahead with the appointment with the dentist. Tomorrow, my son was scheduled to have a wisdom tooth extraction. They called today and I was told that the dentist who could do the extraction wasnt available until Monday. I asked why they didnt schedule him with that dentist in the first place. My son had rearranged his work schedule for this appointment and I had made it a couple of weeks ago and we find this out the day before? We are now looking for a new dentist.

Sharon Curole: My daughters and I have been patients at this dental office. The doctor is absolutely wonderful—very kind, informative, and professional. I truly appreciated the care we received from the dental team itself. However, my experience with the front desk staff has been disappointing and frustrating. When we first visited, I was told that my daughters procedure required preauthorization from our insurance. I followed up two weeks later after switching to a new insurance plan. I spoke with Jennifer at the front desk, who updated our insurance information and told me she would call back with an updated estimate. Unfortunately, I never received that call. I reached out again the following week and was told it was pending insurance approval. Another week later, I called again, and this time was told that since we have a PPO, preauthorization shouldnt even be necessary. Each time I called, I received a different explanation, and no one followed up as promised. After four weeks of back and forth, and still no resolution, I have made the decision to take my daughter elsewhere. It’s disappointing because the dentist is great, but the lack of consistency, communication, and follow-through at the front desk made the process far more stressful than it needed to be. I hope they can improve their administrative processes for future patients.

Shakira at the front desk, thank you for remembering details about me even after months in between visits, and always being friendly and helpful. Your friendly attitude is the first experience of a patient walking in, and it makes a huge difference. Thank you Maura the hygienist for giving me a laundry list of product recommendations and being incredibly understanding and informative about dental health. Even on a busy day, you took the time to educate me, and that is invaluable! And of course thank you Dr. Romero for all your work as the leader of such an excellent team!

Danielle DeMaio: Be careful, this is a very shady dentist. They will send you a bill and say you don’t have insurance when you do. Then you can’t get ahold of anyone and they will have strangers calling you to pay the bill. You can’t speak to anyone in the office over the phone and billing will hang up on you. There is no real person to speak to but they will try to scam you.

Leslie Welch: I scheduled a dental cleaning with this office & was very pleased. From the moment I walked in, I knew I had picked an excellent office for my care. My hygienist (Jessica) was very informative & thorough. Not only did she do a fantastic job with my cleaning she also addressed my clinching habit & got me fitted for a nightguard. I tend to get overstimulated when it comes to any dental work/cleaning & Dr. Polinski was so gentle, soft spoken & VERY kind. I will definitely return to this office for all my dental needs & recommended them to all friends/family.

Karen Jones: I am deeply disappointed with this office’s snore guard. I was charged $1500 for this. The yellow bands easily pop off and the edges are frayed and sharp, Some of it you can see in the picture below. It rubs throughout my entire mouth and I’m afraid of swallowing one of the yellow bands when they pop off in the night. Had I known this is what I would get for $1500 I would’ve gone somewhere else.

Elizabeth Vrbanac: I hadnt been to the dentist in over 7 years!!! Dr Whites office staff were kind and very considerate of my fears! They also were upfront with costs & printed me out a detailed report about costs, which I greatly appreciated as the cost was something that was important to me. I have had to go to the office the past 3 weeks in a row for DEEP cleaning, two fillings, & 1 tooth removal. The service has been AMAZING! Very professional & very little pain!!! The hygienists were so professional and very kind to me & explained everything thoroughly. Dr White is also very kind and thorough. I greatly appreciated all their support & kindness during what was to me a very scary journey to get me back on track with my dental health. Even though my insurance is changing next year I will continue to see them for cleanings as their office hours are perfect & help me not to miss a lot of work to see them! Thank you so much ladies!!!
