5 /5 Elizabeth Vrbanac: I hadnt been to the dentist in over 7 years!!! Dr Whites office staff were kind and very considerate of my fears! They also were upfront with costs & printed me out a detailed report about costs, which I greatly appreciated as the cost was something that was important to me. I have had to go to the office the past 3 weeks in a row for DEEP cleaning, two fillings, & 1 tooth removal. The service has been AMAZING! Very professional & very little pain!!! The hygienists were so professional and very kind to me & explained everything thoroughly. Dr White is also very kind and thorough. I greatly appreciated all their support & kindness during what was to me a very scary journey to get me back on track with my dental health. Even though my insurance is changing next year I will continue to see them for cleanings as their office hours are perfect & help me not to miss a lot of work to see them! Thank you so much ladies!!!

5 /5 Diamond Smith: Ive been here twice now and have enjoyed both appointments. The office is clean and smells amazing. Dr. White and her staff are very friendly and accommodating. My appointments have been very relaxing!

5 /5 Courtney Harmon: Dr Carol White and her team are great! They are friendly, efficient, professionals that have taken care of my family dental needs. They are fantastic with teens and kids. They provide great reminders and will provide the best care, and will refer to colleagues (ex.braces) when they are not able to meet the need. My time is important so we are in and out for our cleanings. I will continue my family 7 year relationship with Dr. Carol White and team.

5 /5 haley marcella harmon: I used to always hate going to the dentist because so many in the past were rude or unhelpful, but ever since my family found River Pointe, Ive felt completely different. They are always so kind and welcoming to me both on the phone and in person. Theyre always punctual and clear about everything, you can tell everyone here is well-versed in their profession and it creates a wonderful environment. Theyre very delicate about my teeth and always make sure I leave with the best results. Im cursed with bad teeth due to my genetics so I have to visit quite often, and I always enjoy seeing the ladies here. Im so happy to have found this place!

1 /5 Niesha Fuentes: Today I had to pay $5000 in dental work because this dentist slapped a crown on top of a decaying tooth that needed a root canal. The other crown was placed on top of a tooth with poor structure. It was built up incorrectly which also resulted in a food trap due to ill fitting crowns. At least 4 of those nine years I’ve been in pain, I went to Carol White, DDS who told me I had bruxism and poor oral hygiene. I bought a $400 night guard, paid $3k+ plus for her to “fix” the previous doctor’s crown, multiple fittings, $300+ worth of toothbrushes and so much more. The past year and half I’ve been in pain but refused to go back to her because I just knew something wasn’t right. I finally went to two dentists from two different practices in the past year for second and third opinions. BOTH of those dentists said I have good oral hygiene and minimal teeth clenching and that there was likely something happening a) with the crown(s) or b) with the teeth underneath the surface. Y’all —when they removed the crowns. There was a big freaking hole in my mouth. She literally slapped a crown on a decaying /rotten tooth. It was so bad the DA and DDS were shocked to see my pulp exposed! I told Dr. White there was something wrong a many of times, but she just insisted it was because I had poor oral hygiene and clenched my jaw. Adding to this, I came in because I was in pain and after I flossed last night, saw that my crown was partially removed. Like thank you God for me *finally* getting answers but I’m SICK AND TIRED of my health being ignored by “professionals”. Dental, mental, medical. Had the ~4 year crown not begun coming up, who knows how many more years I would have spent in pain. I enjoyed her bedside manner, but not the shoddy work.
