5 /5 Kenzie Bullock: Ive had nothing short of excellent care from the Woods Dental Group. They are always friendly, attentive, and prioritize patient care. I am grateful for their discount program, too. Shakira at the front desk, thank you for remembering details about me even after months in between visits, and always being friendly and helpful. Your friendly attitude is the first experience of a patient walking in, and it makes a huge difference. Thank you Maura the hygienist for giving me a laundry list of product recommendations and being incredibly understanding and informative about dental health. Even on a busy day, you took the time to educate me, and that is invaluable! And of course thank you Dr. Romero for all your work as the leader of such an excellent team!

1 /5 Brandy Atkinson: This practice used to be my go-to recommendation for anyone looking for a great dentist. Dr. Arsiwala was hands down the best — compassionate, skilled, and consistent. Unfortunately, since her departure, the office has seen a revolving door of dentists, and the quality of care has noticeably declined. Against my better judgment, I decided to stay with the practice, and it turned out to be a costly mistake. I recently had to pay out of pocket to redo a crown that was improperly placed, along with a filling that was never correctly completed. I reached out to the office in hopes of a partial refund to offset the cost of correcting these issues and was told the office manager, Gene, would get back to me. I never received a call. I truly hope the new provider brings a much-needed level of consistency and quality back to this practice. Until then, I can no longer recommend it.

The quality of the procedure was top-notch, and the care and attention they gave my daughter made all the difference. They transformed her smile and also boosted her confidence—she’s now proud and beaming! The entire staff was warm, professional, and incredibly supportive. We’re beyond grateful and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!
