I am so happy with the color, the haircut , and her great customer service that I decided to post a review with pictures, to highly recommend Luz, to anyone searching for high quality work and experience.

1 /5 Deepika Moharir: One of the worst hair salons I’ve visited in El Paso. I chose this place based on the positive Google reviews, expecting great care for my hair color. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Luz, the stylist, was very unprofessional. She applied the color aggressively, getting it on my ears and even inside them. Despite this, I patiently waited for the process to be completed. She left the color on for an hour before washing it out, but the wash was rushed and harsh. She didn’t bother to clean the dye off my ears or skin, even though it was clearly visible. I specifically mentioned that I didn’t want a blow-dry or styling, but that didn’t mean I wanted to leave with dripping wet hair. She didn’t even take the time to towel-dry properly, leaving me to walk out with water running through my hair. When I got home, I had to rewash my hair myself, only to find dye stains all over my forehead and skin. The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. To top it off, Luz was rude throughout the process. I couldn’t help but wonder if her behavior was influenced by bias or discrimination based on ethnicity. This was an awful experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone.

If you want your hair to look completely different from what you asked for and still get charged the original price for a completely different service DEFINITELY go here. I was forced to pay 300 HUNDRED dollars for what was supposed to be a blonde balayage (We discussed this months in advance and AGAIN as I sat in her chair before she started. showing her PICTURES in both instances) but instead she decided to give me baby highlights and said this was the blonde balayage I asked for. RESPONSE to her comment: shes making it seem like thats the lightest my hair was going to go, the reality of it is. Bleach didnt touch majority of my head. I had to cancel the appointment because she was still being very uncooperative with days and times shed be able to touch it up, knowing my employer. The black shes referencing to in the photos provided was a black gloss treatment that I got done years prior, I was also fine with the possibility of certain parts of my bleached hair not being the same shade.
