Alicia Venegas: I went in for a balayage. Unfortunately, I left with three distinct colors in my hair, rather than the natural, blended look I was hoping for. It seemed as though the stylist didnât use any toner, which left my hair looking patchy and uneven. I ended up needing a color correction at another salon, and even they asked if I had paid for my initial service
While I reach out to them to tell them about my experience I chose to go elsewhere to ensure my hair would be in more experienced hands. Speaking of experience, I was never informed about the stylistâs level of expertise, nor did I even know who would be handling my hair until I sat down in the chair. After spending nearly $800 that month, this whole experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Christina Jimenez: Never trusted anyone with my hair till a friend recommended Dania. She always does amazing work from having my hair dark and transitioning to blonde. Iv done a Brazilian blow out and she also has done extensions on me. I have never been disappointed!
April Alvarez: If you want your hair two different blondes then this is your place. When I tired to point it out she tried to gaslight me saying itâs the toner. Girl, itâs the bleach you took out the left side out too soon.

Audrey LaFleur: I went to westend day spa because my son was getting married. I have never had my hair and makeup done professionally before. Jennifer was my beautician and she was amazing!!! She spent 2 1/2 hours on my updo and 45 minutes on my makeup. She was so professional and personable. I received so many compliments on my hair during the wedding. I am so happy that I went to them. They are amazing at what they do and their prices are more than reasonable for the work that they put in. Thank you for helping to make our special day even more memorable.

Rebecca Reckling: Angel is fantastic! Always happy with her cut and colors. I wanted an easy quick to style pixie haircut. I got so much more then I expected. Hair was the healthiest its ever been. My haircut and color stayed fresh looking well beyond my scheduled 6 week appointments. Could not have been happier. Will go back if ever in the El Paso area!
Ruby By Beauty: BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SPA, I WENT THERE AND I GOT A FULL BODY MASSAGE AND A FACIAL, THEY INFECTED MY FACE WITH ACNE, AND THE WOMEN HO DID MY MASSAGE IT WAS THE WHORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN BOTH SERVICES, THE NEXT DAY ALL MY BODY WAS VERY PAINFUL AND SORE DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.
Gera: I had a disappointing experience at this salon. I went in excited for a hair change, but I ended up feeling let down. I guess Im blind because the owner said the result was pretty close to the inspiration I provided, but it wasnât at all what I expected. They offered a simple fix, and this was the result. The owner even suggested that I chose to be unhappy before my appointment, which felt completely illogical considering the money I spent. If this is something they cannot achieve for whatever reason, they should be transparent about it so I could make an informed decision. The owner offered to work with my hair, but after that comment, how could I trust that I would receive good service? This was supposed to be a positive change for me, but instead, it was a letdown.
