1 /5 Dannia Gonzalez: **Extremely Disappointed - Wont Be Returning** I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at Hair Artistry. After trying multiple times to reach out to different stylists on social media and getting no response, I decided to call and make an appointment. The person on the phone seemed uninterested and suggested I come in as a walk-in instead. I showed up just 15 minutes later, only to be told there was a 4-hour wait! It felt like they didn’t want to bother with me at all. Frustrated, I went to Studio 209 as a walk-in, and I’m so glad I did. I received the results I’ve been trying to get from Hair Artistry for a long time. Not only that, but I was given complimentary drinks and treated like a VIP from the moment I walked in. Hair Artistry has lost my business and that of my family. It’s clear they’ve forgotten where they came from and the clients who supported them during their grand opening. I was one of their first clients, but they’ve clearly lost touch with the people who helped them get where they are today. Do better.

I’m super picky with stylists and will only ever go to someone I trust, so recommending this beautiful salon and all of its stylists speaks volumes. All the ladies are warm and friendly and being in an environment full of women who are so great and take pride in their craft makes your overall experience so worth it and it’ll keep you coming back. Thank you ladies for all that you do to make us feel beautiful and confident!

5 /5 Jessica Cortez: Hi everyone! Without a doubt Heir Artistry is the best in town! I had damaged my hair several times before I met Roxanne. Ever since then my hair has been thriving. The shine and healthiness of my hair is owed to her care and honesty. The atmosphere in the salon feels and looks luxurious. Complimentary drinks and feminine products in the restrooms if needed. Last but not least, outstanding customer service from all the staff.

I have many transitions in my hair and every color she has work on has been great! My hair is literally always very long, healthy and soft! For those who are skeptical like of whose going to touch your hair I recommend 100% I promise!!

I walked in hoping to be seen since I didn’t have an appointment and I had to wait about an hour which I didn’t mind since I had errands to run in the area. I called and was told Cat was available, so I immediately went back. I am extremely picky and don’t let just anyone cut my hair. Cat asked all the right questions, which put me at ease and she also made suggestions and she went to work! I finally found my go to hair stylist after looking for years! The salon itself is really nice, modern and airy, very open. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the ambiance was perfect. Look no more and give one of the many talented hair stylists from Heir Artistry a try!
