Due to her character, attitude and business practices I wouldn’t recommend this place.

From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch—the staff was welcoming, attentive, and truly knowledgeable about hair care. Ruth took the time to explain the process, ensuring I got the best results. My hair feels silky, smooth, and frizz-free, and the results have lasted beautifully. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for quality service and a flawless Brazilian blowout!
Heir Artistry - El Paso Dannia Gonzalez: **Extremely Disappointed - Wont Be Returning**
I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at Hair Artistry. After trying multiple times to reach out to different stylists on social media and getting no response, I decided to call and make an appointment. The person on the phone seemed uninterested and suggested I come in as a walk-in instead. I showed up just 15 minutes later, only to be told there was a 4-hour wait! It felt like they didn’t want to bother with me at all.
Frustrated, I went to Studio 209 as a walk-in, and I’m so glad I did. I received the results I’ve been trying to get from Hair Artistry for a long time. Not only that, but I was given complimentary drinks and treated like a VIP from the moment I walked in.
Hair Artistry has lost my business and that of my family. It’s clear they’ve forgotten where they came from and the clients who supported them during their grand opening. I was one of their first clients, but they’ve clearly lost touch with the people who helped them get where they are today.
Do better.
Markham Salons - El Paso Lily Ochoa: Anette is truly amazing, she actually cares about the wellbeing of your hair. She told me she has a lot of experience with natural/curly hair, i’ve never had an experience with a hairstylist like i did with Anette and she taught me a lot about my hair which i loved. Thank you Anette you have gained a faithful client.
Expert Cuts - El Paso Kim Svede: Javier is the best, been going to him for many years, My children go to him , my grandbabies go to him... highly recommended
Tousled Beauty Studio - El Paso Barbara Aguirre: Love this hair salon in EP. The staff is always super friendly and hair service is beautifully done using high quality products. Haircut and highlights on point!
The studio itself is very nicely decorated and they also have a cute mini boutique section with some beautiful, unique pieces. Love it!
Studio 209- El Paso - El Paso Alicia Venegas: I went in for a balayage. Unfortunately, I left with three distinct colors in my hair, rather than the natural, blended look I was hoping for. It seemed as though the stylist didn’t use any toner, which left my hair looking patchy and uneven. I ended up needing a color correction at another salon, and even they asked if I had paid for my initial service
While I reach out to them to tell them about my experience I chose to go elsewhere to ensure my hair would be in more experienced hands. Speaking of experience, I was never informed about the stylist’s level of expertise, nor did I even know who would be handling my hair until I sat down in the chair. After spending nearly $800 that month, this whole experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Tease Colour Studio - El Paso Christina Jimenez: Never trusted anyone with my hair till a friend recommended Dania. She always does amazing work from having my hair dark and transitioning to blonde. Iv done a Brazilian blow out and she also has done extensions on me. I have never been disappointed!
Balayage Hair Salon - el paso - El Paso April Alvarez: If you want your hair two different blondes then this is your place. When I tired to point it out she tried to gaslight me saying it’s the toner. Girl, it’s the bleach you took out the left side out too soon.
