I ended up needing a color correction at another salon, and even they asked if I had paid for my initial service While I reach out to them to tell them about my experience I chose to go elsewhere to ensure my hair would be in more experienced hands. Speaking of experience, I was never informed about the stylist’s level of expertise, nor did I even know who would be handling my hair until I sat down in the chair. After spending nearly $800 that month, this whole experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
