2 /5 Melissa Ward: Changed owners and have gone down hill. You pay with credit card and there is an extra charge now. How about just putting it in the pricing instead of making customers feel like an inconvenience. Shop is crowded together and employees are not friendly . Lucky for them it’s a busy area but they won’t have many return customers unless they change the way do business. Justin has better options.

1 /5 Sai Vaishnavi Karumuri: RUDE FRONT DESK LADY So I went in for dip nails and during the process the lady who was doing it used a hard nail filer that cut my skin and my finger started bleeding. I told the same thing to the lady at the front desk and her reply was- “she didn’t do that intentionally” like seriously??? No one does that intentionally but it’s their responsibility to provide a good service to their customers. This lady at the front desk was really rude while I was talking and ignored my comments. Her attitude was really bad. Giving one star only for her behavior. This place really needs a nice person in the front.

1 /5 Michele Koelb: RUN!!!! DO NOT WALK. THIS NAIL SALON IS HORRIBLE!!!! How do you mess up a basic french manicure??? La Vie Nails & Spa definitely know how! Glue all over my hand and fingers, was cut tring to get the glu off by three nail techs while the owner just stood there and watched! Very unprofessional and sloppy work! Still paid $70.00!!! Would never recommend going to this nail salon even in an emergency nail situtaion! So many other nail salons that are professional, clean, and provide quality work, and dont charge 70.00 (no tips, not dip, plain french manicure). Recommend other Nail salon in Flower Mound, Trophy Club or Highland Village.....better driving a litter further to get less expensive and better manicure in a clean, professional salon.......DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! RUDE, DIRTY, and awful manicure!

5 /5 kennedy webster: I got my nails done and I disliked them a lot! The staff took care of me and re did them for me same day and did not charge me anything! Such great customer service! These are my re done nails and they look amazing!
