1 /5 Brandi Mann: Not happy at all with the service. Not even 24 hours my nails were migrating from the dip and when I asked for them to be fixed, I was only offered a service that “cut corners”. I asked Johnny to please start over and soak them off and instead of hearing me out, insisted to do it his way by applying more glue and cutting the nail. When clearly they were not done properly. When a customer is spending hundreds of dollars with your business, I suggest you do what makes them happy, rather than unheard. This is for an engagement dinner for myself and now I need to go elsewhere and start over. Requested a partial reimbursement. No response yet. I tried to stay and have them corrected and come at the slotted time and Johnny couldn’t sit down for two minutes to properly give me attention since HE himself requested for me to come at that time. Absolutely terrible. Hanna and Tina are great though.
