1 /5 Kirstyn Land: I’m usually pretty chill at nail salons because I almost never leave happy, so I just deal with a few mistakes and take what I can get. But this one, the pedicure was fine. But I got acrylics done and I have never been more unhappy with a service. The girl that did them (I did not catch her name unfortunately) cut me multiple times. She asked me how short I wanted my nails and showed where she was going to cut, and before I could tell her to go a little longer, she cut it anyways. So they turned out super short and stubby. I did tell her I wanted shorter nails, but if she’d actually waited for my answer, she’d have known I didn’t want them that short. The shape was terrible once she started adding the dip. And I kept asking her to fix things to the point she called me picky. I went and got them redone at a different place and am extremely happy with that outcome.
