I showed the lady three designs and asked which ones they could do, and I picked one of the two that was possible. She called in a gentleman to do them, and while I appreciate that he stayed later to complete them, the design was just sloppy and not what I wanted at all. The man also chastised me after he was done, saying I shouldn’t pick such a difficult design next time.
I’m not the type to go back and ask for refunds, but I asked my friends and family and they agreed that I should go back. The man was rude and told me to “stop talking” several times when I tried to explain myself. He said how it was unfair for him, but I told him that the lady should’ve told me in the first place if the design was not possible instead of lying to me. It’s not fair that I have to spend $70 for something I’m not satisfied with either, it would’ve saved both of us our time and effort. I don’t usually get my nails done, so this was meant as a way to treat myself. The customer service was appalling.
I had high hopes as the reviews were good, but next time please be honest on what designs/shapes are within the techs’ skill range.
