1 /5 Carmen Gamez: First, poor service from the receptionist who doesnt even turn to look at who is asking something or who needs one, someone arrives without an appointment, unfortunately they never answer the phone there and asks if they can help him like that at 2:30 in the afternoon and they say no more They can because they finish before 4 and they only had the last appointments booked and they point me to 2 children who to make matters worse were only 2 and in more than an hour and a half to attend to only them that is too much. They are lazy to do their job and giving vaccines is not a big deal. The health department should clean up so many lazy employees who spend their time talking and wasting time instead of doing their job more effectively. It is supposed to be preventive. They should work on prevention and find a way to make it more effective.
