Michael (Mikey): I came in as a crisis patient and they were able to send me to a mental health facility and paid for my stay there, and now I am starting services there to work on my mental health. So far all the staff I have interacted with has been friendly and professional and I have not had any bad experiences so far.
Tyrone Butler: I have been seeing Dr. Fountain for a few years she is amazing and takes the time to listen to and questions or concerns you have with your overall health
Cola Johnson: I have never been treated with so much disrespect at a baylor scott and white facility. I been to several. These two ladies. One African American and the other I am not positive had shoulder length hair bold.face lied and told me mu insurance fought against the Affordable Care Act and wouldnt be paying 100% for preventative care. After calling my insurance twice they refused to take the information stating I would need to call back and reschedule an appointment and call my insurance to go through this entire process again. I asked to speak to a supervisor. They stated their supervisor was working at killeen loaction
When I called the killeen location to report it , they stated each facility has their own supervisor and I was more than likely lied to. I this happened on Tuesday August 6, I have yet received a call for someone to alleviate the problem or situation.
edith McKinney: Visiting this Urgent care was a great experience, from the front desk the checking in lady, I believe her name is Charisna was very kind, the lobby is very clean, and then the NA who called me to the room, which she was very friendly I remembered thanking her for working that day, because it was a day after thanksgiving day. The PA Brain, he was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He made the small but intense surgery pretty smooth. I highly recommend Freedom Urgent care to anyone who needs medical attention. I give this place 5 stars ⭐️
Alicia Brondo: I have come here multiple times for myself and my family and the staff has always been super nice. From the time I get there till the time I leave. We are taken great care of and also did not have to wait long for the whole process. They get you in and out and feeling better in no time. Also I love that the staff will sometimes reach out the next day to check on you by phone and see how you are doing.
