5 /5 Michael (Mikey): I came in as a crisis patient and they were able to send me to a mental health facility and paid for my stay there, and now I am starting services there to work on my mental health. So far all the staff I have interacted with has been friendly and professional and I have not had any bad experiences so far.

1 /5 Cassandra Lilly: Called to schedule appointment had an opening the same day surprisingly but when got there the women the staff in office was rude and from that moment got my son up and left because I seen this wasnt gonna be a gud fit for my son to get the help he needed my overall opinion and experience Sucked and they as a staff can be and do better. Thats my exp only been in TX 3 days

1 /5 ShortyT: Sherri whatever her name is very unprofessional at the Killeen location. Go to Temple for better services. These reviews about front desk are very true. The black ladies are unprofessionals . If you don’t like your job go work else where.

2 /5 Robert Nolin: My wife had an appointment with them.... she was running late waiting on her ride to take her there. She decided to call and inform them she was going to be a lil late and asked them if it was alright to come in still they said yes. My wife is pregnant and has mental issues she takes meds for ....when she got their they turned her around even though she told them she needed help. They said their POLICIES say you got to be their 30 min before the appointment. My wife had a Break down and is now in the hospital because of their POLICIES. Their policies are supposed to be to help people not making them worse by throwing ignorant policies at her so they didnt have to do their Job. Someone needs to do something about this place, my wife has noone else she can go to for her mental problems... and im wondering how many other people who really need help have gone through the same treatment.
