1 /5 Amanda Anthony: Brought my car here in person asked if they worked on mini coopers they assured me they did so I bought a tow truck to get it there. I called several times and they assured me someone would “look at it today” several times. After about a week came in person because it had become impossible to get ahold of ANYONE in the shop. The attitude we were met with was unbelievably rude. Turns out they took my skid plate off and decided they would not even look at the car any further. We took the car to another mechanic and they didn’t give us the screws for the skid plate so we attempted to call several times to get them back and they said somebody put them somewhere and they couldn’t find them. This place was highly recommended to me and I’m very disappointed with the way we were treated and the lack of communication while in possession of my car.

5 /5 Gerry Kohler: I had a water pump failure in my e90 335i over Thanksgiving. Some friends had recommended Matts shop so I limped the car there. His prices were reasonable and he was very professional. I would go back if I have any other issues. Recommended.
