    google user: I have used them a few times before on my vehicles and always been satisfied. This last time I took my vehicle in to be diagnosed and fix the issue. When they diagnosed it they stated one problem which we agreed to have fixed. When they called to state the vehicle was repaired and ready to be picked up, they stated it was another issue and just replaced it. I understand it was about the same price but the item they replaced was easier than the first diagnosis. I would have paid the diagnosis charge and done that item myself if I would have been given that option. The work they do I believe is very good and reliable, and fair price. I just dont think it is good practice to repair something without permission, even if it is about the same price.

You cant find a better mechanic it ALL of pearland and trust me I would know… I took my mothers car for a break job and had zero issues and he even diagnosed and quoted the replacements for her CV axle joints at no extra cost.     Eric Routh: Was out of town at 3 on a Friday. Started having truck issues. They were booked solid but told me they would try to squeeze me in before they closed. I was potentially very screwed because I had to be 300 miles away the next am. They went above & beyond. Diagnosed the issue, checked the truck over for roadworthiness to get to my destination, and then didnt charge me for their time!!! If you need anything automotive in Angleton Soileaus is the only place to go!!!

The information was still useful because I do in fact need new wiper blades and it reminded me to switch out the old with a pair I have on hand. I really loved the man I talked to at the end, I wish I could remember his name. Hes an Angleton native and has been with Firestone for 32 years! It was so great hearing how much he loves his job and this sweet town, all while still ringing me up efficiently. I know I came for an oil change, and they were great for that, but having an enjoyable conversation and feeling so welcome in an auto care shop was a pleasant surprise. I did wait for a bit, but that was on me for being a walk in. Ill be sure and make an appointment next time! See you guys in 5,000 miles!

    Will Nieto: Came to this place for two reasons. Proximity to home and the reviews it had. I walked in, asked if theyd take my truck that didnt run and had all 4 brakes locked. They were very respectful and polite and I had it towed in that same day. They had the truck running and brakes fixed in a timely manner as well as a quote to fix the AC. The pricing was very reasonable albeit pricy due to the amount of work required. They fixed only what I had approved, did not push any unnecessary repairs, and gained a lifelong customer out of me. I will be bringing my vehicles to this repair shop even after I move to Houston. Places like this do not seem to exist commonly in todays America. Thank you kindly for your business.
