Auto Repair Unlimited, LLC - Brazoria (TX)

3 /5 google user: I have used them a few times before on my vehicles and always been satisfied. This last time I took my vehicle in to be diagnosed and fix the issue. When they diagnosed it they stated one problem which we agreed to have fixed. When they called to state the vehicle was repaired and ready to be picked up, they stated it was another issue and just replaced it. I understand it was about the same price but the item they replaced was easier than the first diagnosis. I would have paid the diagnosis charge and done that item myself if I would have been given that option. The work they do I believe is very good and reliable, and fair price. I just dont think it is good practice to repair something without permission, even if it is about the same price.

1 /5 Misterjj19 _: Took my vehicle in for a check engine light because I didn’t have time due to work schedule to diagnose and fix. Would call to check in on vehicle and was told the issue but the part was on back order. Months happen to go by and was still being told part was on back order. I got curious and called a dealership about the part that was back ordered. Dealership said part could be ordered and be in within 2 days. I picked my vehicle up, borrowed an OBD scanner w/ live data to be sure of the problem and had it fixed within a week from picking it up due to my crazy work schedule. Not a great experience; I wanted to keep my business local since I live in Brazoria but I won’t ever take a vehicle here again.

5 /5 Chelsie Montgomery: these guys were awesome. I had my vehicle moved to them after another mechanic was trying to overcharge. Brittany was so helpful. they went out of their way to make sure I was getting the best price and had my car finished within 2 days.
