Our experience with Lubentune in Angleton, Texas, has been not only disappointingāit has been profoundly disillusioning.
What was supposed to be a hopeful step toward dependable transportation quickly deteriorated into a distressing and costly ordeal,
marked by deception, negligence, and an absolute refusal to accept accountability.
We purchased a truck from this establishment with every intention of putting our trust in the integrity of their business practices.
That trust was gravely misplaced. Within a mere three days of driving the vehicle, the transmission failed catastrophically.
It did not simply exhibit signs of wearāit completely slipped out, leaving us stranded and overwhelmed, just days after handing over
hard-earned and borrowed money to make the purchase.
It became painfully clear that the vehicleās transmission issues were not new. These were not problems that developed suddenly or
by misfortune after the sale. Rather, it is evident that the truck had pre-existing mechanical defectsādefects that Lubentune either
failed to disclose or deliberately chose to withhold. In either case, it reflects an appalling lack of transparency and professional ethics.
When we contacted them to explain what had happened, they responded with vague offers of assistance and what seemed at the time
to be a willingness to take responsibility. Unfortunately, that brief flicker of hope was extinguished almost immediately. Despite
numerous follow-up attempts on our part, they failed to return calls, offer meaningful solutions, or communicate in any way.
Their silence was not accidentalāit was evasive and deliberate. They abandoned us in a situation they played a direct role in creating.
This experience was not merely inconvenientāit was financially destabilizing and emotionally taxing. We borrowed money to purchase
that truck, believing that we were investing in a safe, road-ready vehicle from a business that valued honesty and customer service.
Instead, we found ourselves with a broken-down truck, no support, and the realization that we had been misled by people who refused
to honor even the most basic standards of decency.
There is no justification for the way we were treated. No excuse for the avoidance, no defense for the failure to disclose, and certainly
no honor in ignoring a customer after making false assurances. What Lubentune has demonstrated is a clear pattern of irresponsibility,
dishonesty, and disregard for the real human impact of their actions.
We emphatically advise anyone considering doing business with Lubentune to exercise extreme caution. Do not be misled by polite words
or surface-level friendliness. If this is how they operate when real problems arise, then it is our duty to warn others: they will not
stand by their vehicles, and they will not stand by you.
