5 /5 Elisa Ramirez: So I had a defected alternator in my Avalon and I broke down during 101 degrees weather and I was given a quote of a hour that lube n tune would get me and they did! Thank you all so much for coming out and getting me ! And dropping off the Avalon to Keating where I can pay the towing fees thru one account with Toyota and my alternator fees as well. 4 /5 Alice N Wonderland: Didn’t get it right the first time, for the amount of money it cost, I was about to cry. After making a phone call letting them know it still hasn’t been fixed, they had me bring it back in and thank goodness I did because they got the job done right the second time. Would have been wonderful if not for that but at least they got it right without any further delay.

1 /5 Bisous Suzuki: We were at buccees gas station tonight and the driver decided squeezing through between our truck and other filling up. Came too close to hitting us. When I advised him there was more room to go around he said ‘do t tell me how to drive’ then included ‘I got insurance’ after my spouse told him he almost hit us. He said his dogs were more important than our kids inside the vehicle. Great job buddy. On the phone and 2 dogs blocking your view.

I was referred to them from another shop since they were completely booked, my brakes were locking up and not being from around here didnt help. Upon arriving, they took me in right away and the receptionist was nothing but professional and courteous. Right away the lead mechanic diagnosed and fixed the issue. Again, this gentleman was nothing but professional and courteous. Even another mechanic which was not working on my truck took time to conversate and again, he was very professional and courteous. I am grateful for them and I can say without a doubt, I 100% recommend them. Thank you and extremely grateful.

We purchased a truck from this establishment with every intention of putting our trust in the integrity of their business practices. That trust was gravely misplaced. Within a mere three days of driving the vehicle, the transmission failed catastrophically. It did not simply exhibit signs of wear—it completely slipped out, leaving us stranded and overwhelmed, just days after handing over hard-earned and borrowed money to make the purchase. It became painfully clear that the vehicle’s transmission issues were not new. These were not problems that developed suddenly or by misfortune after the sale. Rather, it is evident that the truck had pre-existing mechanical defects—defects that Lubentune either failed to disclose or deliberately chose to withhold. In either case, it reflects an appalling lack of transparency and professional ethics. When we contacted them to explain what had happened, they responded with vague offers of assistance and what seemed at the time to be a willingness to take responsibility. Unfortunately, that brief flicker of hope was extinguished almost immediately. Despite numerous follow-up attempts on our part, they failed to return calls, offer meaningful solutions, or communicate in any way. Their silence was not accidental—it was evasive and deliberate. We borrowed money to purchase that truck, believing that we were investing in a safe, road-ready vehicle from a business that valued honesty and customer service. Instead, we found ourselves with a broken-down truck, no support, and the realization that we had been misled by people who refused to honor even the most basic standards of decency. There is no justification for the way we were treated. No excuse for the avoidance, no defense for the failure to disclose, and certainly no honor in ignoring a customer after making false assurances. What Lubentune has demonstrated is a clear pattern of irresponsibility, dishonesty, and disregard for the real human impact of their actions. We emphatically advise anyone considering doing business with Lubentune to exercise extreme caution. Do not be misled by polite words or surface-level friendliness. If this is how they operate when real problems arise, then it is our duty to warn others: they will not stand by their vehicles, and they will not stand by you.
