google user: I have used them a few times before on my vehicles and always been satisfied. This last time I took my vehicle in to be diagnosed and fix the issue. When they diagnosed it they stated one problem which we agreed to have fixed. When they called to state the vehicle was repaired and ready to be picked up, they stated it was another issue and just replaced it. I understand it was about the same price but the item they replaced was easier than the first diagnosis. I would have paid the diagnosis charge and done that item myself if I would have been given that option. The work they do I believe is very good and reliable, and fair price. I just dont think it is good practice to repair something without permission, even if it is about the same price.

I was potentially very screwed because I had to be 300 miles away the next am. They went above & beyond. Diagnosed the issue, checked the truck over for roadworthiness to get to my destination, and then didnt charge me for their time!!! If you need anything automotive in Angleton Soileaus is the only place to go!!!

The information was still useful because I do in fact need new wiper blades and it reminded me to switch out the old with a pair I have on hand. I really loved the man I talked to at the end, I wish I could remember his name. Hes an Angleton native and has been with Firestone for 32 years! It was so great hearing how much he loves his job and this sweet town, all while still ringing me up efficiently. I know I came for an oil change, and they were great for that, but having an enjoyable conversation and feeling so welcome in an auto care shop was a pleasant surprise. I did wait for a bit, but that was on me for being a walk in. Ill be sure and make an appointment next time! See you guys in 5,000 miles!
