5 /5 Bobbie Freitag: I highly recommend Physician’s Hospital for medical procedures. In previous years surgeries for myself and family members at Physician’s have all been very smooth and staff very patient oriented. This time I needed a heart catherization. Each person in the initial process with whom I had contact was friendly and directed. When there was a glitch regarding the transfer of medical records several staff members, especially Jamie, worked to prevent my procedure from being delayed. The OR staff involved both before and after my procedure were very amiable, reassuring and directed. Charla, my RN was exceptionally kind as read the last set of consent papers for me ( I didn’t have my glasses). I strongly recommend Physician’s Hospital.

The check in was also quick for my Insurance info n to get me ready for the doctor. Once in back, they were very nice n through n quick. My procedure went well n Im home now. 5 /5 robert bierman: From the moment you walk into the reception area we were greeted with a huge smile and welcome in. They verified all the documents and the surgery. Outstanding customer service. Then the nurse Karen was absolutely fantastic, funny and so caring. Every step of the way was explained in detail, easy to understand. Dr. ONeil came in and reviewed everything about the procedure and recovery, made my wife feel relaxed. Fantastic and really cares for his patients. We then met Dr. Adams the anesthesiologist who explained everything, very caring, friendly and personable. Then Dr. Fields came over and also very friendly and caring, and went over the nerve block procedure and other medication before surgery. Jen came over and we talked football because of my Notre Dame shirt and she is from Indiana. Very personable and helped my wife before the procedure. After surgery Mary Lou explained to me about the discharge instructions, and helped my wife in recovery. As in the medical field myself, this is the perfect way from beginning to end to treat a patient. Absolutely the best experience at a hospital. I highly recommend this entire group to anyone who needs a surgeon (Dr. ONeil) to front desk personnel, nurses, Karen, Jen, Mary Lou anesthesiologists (Dr. Adams, Dr. Fields).

1 /5 Michael Lindsey: I have been here multiple times & usually dont have an issue. Most of the staff is friendly & professional. The two times I have had an issue its been similar problems. First, the wait times have been getting longer & longer, probably due to over booking. Its clear they dont value your time, comfort & its painful sitting in a waiting room chair, wheelchair or the bed for hours. Also, have yall noticed that there are a high amount of positive reviews vs negative reviews? That is suspicious to me. My issue: After my procedure I woke up in severe pain. My recovery room nurse, Stacey, was rude, short & had a bad attitude. Very poor patient care. She has no business being a nurse that deals with patients. Apparently, she said I was misbehaving. I wouldnt keep the Ice pack on my neck & I was squirming around. Thats because I was in terrible pain. Patients often display combative behavior, altered mental status, do or say off the wall things or have pain issues when waking up from anesthesia. A competent recovery room nurse should recognize that and take the appropriate actions . At some point I was given Tylenol & a muscle relaxer that provided no relief. I dont believe nurse Stacy was accurately communicated my condition fully to my doctor because he wouldnt have discharged me in such a condition. No doctor should. Shortly after that, two young men came into my bay, forcibly dressed me then I was forced into my wheelchair & rolled out of the door to the pick-up area. I was treated very roughly & thrown around like a sack of potatoes. It was more like I was being thrown out than discharged. My dad voiced concern over my condition to nurse Stacy. She said the doctor said I had medicine I could take at home for pain. I couldnt sit up properly in the truck chair but, nurse Stacy & her two goons didnt seem to give a sh*t. It seems they want you out ASAP, whether youre ready or not. I know this sounds preposterous & you may be thinking "there is no way" but, I promise you its the truth. How many other patients have been treated like this and not said anything or were believed? I never plan to come here for anything ever! Beware...

To the other reviewer that gave negative comments, he or she should know that they dont do laser hair removal here, they bashed the wrong place, this is a medical doctor, not cosmetic .

Roxanne Bene: Rosa the front desk agent if you could even call her that has no professionalism. I’m not sure how she was able to secure a job sitting on the front end. I came in to get shots for my nephew to start school, we were not told over the phone we would have to bring in printed copies of shot records. We were told to bring them in. I had them in my phone and they could easily be transferred to their email or printed here but they refuse to do so. What they do is make you go to Office Depot get copies and bring them back. If I would have been told before hand we would have brought the actual copies . After that was discussed I brought to their attention there are NO SIGNS that state they need actual copies on their building . They don’t record their calls so they have No Proof they told you over the phone that you needed to bring these documents in hand so it’s basically your word against theirs. So I asked how long I had before I lost my appointment to run to the store to get these documents printed and Rosa said 15 min while the other lady that sat besides her corrected her and said 30 min. So I asked to speak to a manger Cathy or Barbra was her name, I told her my concerns about how they need to have signs up stating they will not accept emails of shot records. I asked her why we wouldn’t be able to email records and her response was “ because we can’t hold your phone it would cost us money if we were to drop or damage your phone worth $800”. I told her she doesn’t need to touch my phone to get an email sent to her work email address and she just didn’t know what the hell she was talking about. So that was useless. I got Human Resources phone number and will be making a complaint. These women need more training before being set forth front in any company they choose to work with. If this was my company they would not be sitting as the Face or the First person I see. When people walk in.

He takes good care of my children when any issues arise. The facility is a plus for parking and the waiting area is clean. Overall, Im very satisfy with services, location, facility.

OurlifeasAlvarez s: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Save your time and take your baby to a legit hospital. I waited a total of 3 hours. My baby came in with a temp of 104. They gave Motrin while we waited (which I had to rush them to give). Finally seen an RN, all she did was check ears and tell me baby’s breathing was ok. So we paid $175 for a syringe of Motrin and an ear check lol. Currently taking my baby to an actual hospital because her breathing isn’t “OK”.

Kaylin Reis: Brought my 5 year old in for evaluation of respiratory distress and received terrible care. I’ve never been so disrespected before. There was basically zero assessment of my child and his upper airway (no assessment of his ears, nose, throat, none of his cough or his retractions around his clavicles or trachea) and when I requested a second opinion and requested an appropriate treatment plan for my child, I had actual providers roll their eyes. And to top it off, when I pushed the call light for assistance, it was unplugged. The hospital and staff need to look at their protocols for their care in children and childhood illnesses. Would never recommend this campus and will be taking my family else where.

Kathy Wilson: The Dr was very good. His staff not so much on several occasions I called with different issues to be told someone would call back. They never did. During the storm we just had I called to make sure I had to go for the ultrasound to be told yes. The office was closed had to be inspected after the storm… Received a message saying the office staff had left several text and vm I never received one. But, once you mention cancelling appointments you start getting calls. Too late by then.
