1 /5 Maria Hernández piña: They dont even deserve a star, they are the worst emergency team. You spend hours sitting in the waiting room. You enter the room for another hour waiting for them to say that everything is fine. Now I have had super severe earaches for 4 hours and they dont care about the pain. people should do something about it

1 /5 Amanda Castillo: Never thought I’d be one to share my experience but I need to share this. Y’all please do NOT COME HERE. They are absolutely terrible. Nobody checked on us, no help, no urgency. We were sent home with a major head injury saying we’re fine Go home. Nobody assisted to get in vehicle, nobody offered help to go to the restroom, not even no slip socks. . Not to mention there were NO doctors?. Thankfully we had EXPERIENCED MEDICAL PEOPLE IN THE FAMILY that helped NOT THE STAFF. Save yourself and your family and go somewhere.

1 /5 aidan fff: This is by far the worst hospital in the nearest hundreds of miles. For starters even as a kid I have never had less than a 5 hour wait time nor do I even know anyone who has had less than that. Some people are stuck waiting for more than 15 hours with intense stomach pains leaving them throwing up in the bathrooms. The hospital isnt clean nor does it feel like they even have a daily cleaning crew. I remember when my grandmother passed away I was told that I wasnt allowed to wait in the weighting room because it had reached max capacity yet was still full of empty chairs. They were more worried about how many chairs were open than whether or not a child was with his parents for the passing of his grandmother. They lack Sympathy or any care for what someone might be feeling at a time of need. You are better off driving to Abilene than even attempting to come to this terrible hospital. The hour drive is a million times worth avoiding the 5 hour wait.
