1 /5 willie bradshaw: The Staff were great and Doctors Friendly, but lacked experience . the facillitys were nice .there is no surgion on staff at the Hispital ER but having a lab on location helps , as well as Hellicoptor service to a level 1 trama center at Scott and White, Temple Texas.

1 /5 Debby Roach: This clinic has made my cry twice!1st I locked my keyes in the car during the covit scare.The woman at the door refused to let me back in the bulding to ask for a coat hanger or get my contacts number from my chart .I was inTears and ask for the number to a locksmith witch I didnot have money for.Lucky for me a very sweet employee helped me. 2end They said I was late for my appointment at 11:45 and I was in the front at 11:42.I had to call supervisors to get seen that day as I donot live in Brownwood Both times I had aligater tears streaming down my face in excrusiating pain ! Beware!!!!

1 /5 DAJNOY: Doctors and nurses are great, very professional and informative. One receptionist made it an awful experience, Angela I think is her name. Very rude when paperwork didnt go smoothly, shes an awful and horrid woman.

2 /5 Glenda Miller: I went to James Deal to get a jel shot n the knee. He has always had a bad bed side manner with me but his shots never hurt me. We were just talking about that when he but that needle in me and started pushing the medicine in me and I came unhinged. He said "o, spoke to soon did ya". I screamed and hollered, crying. He didnt put lidocaine in it. Then he told me not to come back. I guess he was making sure I never would!

1 /5 Alanda Eickhoff: Fire everyone and close the place. One of the biggest headaches and waste of time in the entire world. Need anything including a test don’t bother. You will be lied to, gaslighted and they will close for two whole days without notice.

debbie day: I think it is very sad that one review can bring down the rating of this facility. Totally untrue that they do not speak English or answer questions. I use this clinic when I need care and have never experienced anything but first rate service and care. Shannon and her staff have been very professional, expedient and personable during my visits. I love that the pharmacy is right next door. So convenient. I will continue to use this clinic for my healthcare needs.

I came down with covid they were kind and very attentive with my care, made sure I had everything I needed called and checked on me. They always make me feel like family when I go to heart of Texas, Kayla always there to help me with anything I need, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! If you want a provider and nurses to treat you like family Charles Coopers office is the place to choose!

Ravens Moon: I would give zero stars if possible. Do not use the GI department at Hendricks in Brownwood!! Elizabeth is a nurse practitioner but is in charge of the entire GI department. She is nice, soft spoken and will promise you the moon in terms of getting appointments set up, paperwork done, questions answered etc. that is a lie. Nobody in that department will do anything. I had to call the hospital and set up the appointment for my colonoscopy and endoscopy myself. Nobody told me where to go, what to expect, who would perform the procedure, no info on lab work or possible EKG. Had to drive to the hospital again to ask the front desk where to even go as my procedure day was a few days away. I called and left messages multiple times to the department with nobody calling me back. Drove up to the doctors office and finally got one sheet of paperwork telling me not to eat or drink anything the day before. Had to dig the information out of the nurse on who was the doctor that would perform the procedure. Was given a fake phone number to that doctor. Googled him and he was from India and worked in Austin. His reviews were terrible! Doctor Reddy GI. Two star out of five with multiple people saying he almost killed their loved ones, was unprofessional and his office was so dirty it was “disgusting”. Cancelled my appointment and will go out of town!

Ima Mullins: I have been going to Dr. Hogue since 1980. He has taken care of our family for all these years. He is an amazing doctor and is so knowledgeable and is great about putting things in a way you can understand them. His years of experience make him expert at diagnosing and treating any and everything. We have moved from Brownwood but I still drive 3 and a half hours back here if I need medical attention and for checkups. All of the nurses and office staff are tops! They go out of their way to help in any way they can. Wish I could give 10 Stars.

Misty Skaggs: Dr. Rance Brown has been my neurologist for many, many years. He is incredibly knowledgeable but has never come across as arrogant. He has always been willing to listen (actually listen) to my questions and concerns and provides answers in a way that makes sense. I trust and respect his opinions. Ive never felt rushed through a visit but I understand he cant spend all day with me and I do try to respect his time. I have heard some of the negative comments regarding his bed side manner and in all the years hes been my neurologist Ive never experienced that from him. Now, hes not the type to sugar coat things and while I appreciate that about him, Im sure it isnt for everyone. He has always been willing to work with me and I know I can be rather bull-headed. I would recommend him to anyone needing a Neurologist. In fact, I moved over 3 hours away from him last year but Im willing to travel that distance because I wholeheartedly believe his expertise is worth it! His assistant, Christina, is FANTASTIC! She is very friendly, professional and has a GREAT attitude. Thank you Dr. Boren and Christina for everything you do. You are truly appreciated!
