5 /5 Becky C: We got there in time to be seen late in the afternoon/evening. They were kind and helped us figure out what we needed. I recommend calling ahead to see how long the wait may be and if they take your insurance or not. Kind helpful people!

1 /5 B S: Poorly staffed, staff incapable of working fast or at least steady. Purposefully take there time. Experience is always pour. Do not recommend anyone to bring there needs there. Dont waste your time going there, should be closed down or completely restaffed!

5 /5 Desirea Holmes: Macy Knight is always so wonderful. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and always gets to the bottom of what is going on. We really appreciate leaving her care with peace of mind and answers. Our kids have been sick for weeks and we have struggled to get any resolution with our usual providers. We saw Macy on Monday and she got them diagnosed quickly, and on the medication they need to get better. We couldn’t be more thankful!

5 /5 Spencer Middleton: I would have left fewer stars due to the long wait (~3hrs), but the staff was amazing and very caring, from the Receptionist (Monica?), the 2 nurses, to Richard Taff, PA. My daughter and I were cared for with respect and thorough intent. Thank you! I can see why the clinic was so busy with a long wait, because the service was great!

debbie day: I think it is very sad that one review can bring down the rating of this facility. Totally untrue that they do not speak English or answer questions. I use this clinic when I need care and have never experienced anything but first rate service and care. Shannon and her staff have been very professional, expedient and personable during my visits. I love that the pharmacy is right next door. So convenient. I will continue to use this clinic for my healthcare needs.

I came down with covid they were kind and very attentive with my care, made sure I had everything I needed called and checked on me. They always make me feel like family when I go to heart of Texas, Kayla always there to help me with anything I need, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! If you want a provider and nurses to treat you like family Charles Coopers office is the place to choose!

Ravens Moon: I would give zero stars if possible. Do not use the GI department at Hendricks in Brownwood!! Elizabeth is a nurse practitioner but is in charge of the entire GI department. She is nice, soft spoken and will promise you the moon in terms of getting appointments set up, paperwork done, questions answered etc. that is a lie. Nobody in that department will do anything. I had to call the hospital and set up the appointment for my colonoscopy and endoscopy myself. Nobody told me where to go, what to expect, who would perform the procedure, no info on lab work or possible EKG. Had to drive to the hospital again to ask the front desk where to even go as my procedure day was a few days away. I called and left messages multiple times to the department with nobody calling me back. Drove up to the doctors office and finally got one sheet of paperwork telling me not to eat or drink anything the day before. Had to dig the information out of the nurse on who was the doctor that would perform the procedure. Was given a fake phone number to that doctor. Googled him and he was from India and worked in Austin. His reviews were terrible! Doctor Reddy GI. Two star out of five with multiple people saying he almost killed their loved ones, was unprofessional and his office was so dirty it was “disgusting”. Cancelled my appointment and will go out of town!

Ima Mullins: I have been going to Dr. Hogue since 1980. He has taken care of our family for all these years. He is an amazing doctor and is so knowledgeable and is great about putting things in a way you can understand them. His years of experience make him expert at diagnosing and treating any and everything. We have moved from Brownwood but I still drive 3 and a half hours back here if I need medical attention and for checkups. All of the nurses and office staff are tops! They go out of their way to help in any way they can. Wish I could give 10 Stars.

Misty Skaggs: Dr. Rance Brown has been my neurologist for many, many years. He is incredibly knowledgeable but has never come across as arrogant. He has always been willing to listen (actually listen) to my questions and concerns and provides answers in a way that makes sense. I trust and respect his opinions. Ive never felt rushed through a visit but I understand he cant spend all day with me and I do try to respect his time. I have heard some of the negative comments regarding his bed side manner and in all the years hes been my neurologist Ive never experienced that from him. Now, hes not the type to sugar coat things and while I appreciate that about him, Im sure it isnt for everyone. He has always been willing to work with me and I know I can be rather bull-headed. I would recommend him to anyone needing a Neurologist. In fact, I moved over 3 hours away from him last year but Im willing to travel that distance because I wholeheartedly believe his expertise is worth it! His assistant, Christina, is FANTASTIC! She is very friendly, professional and has a GREAT attitude. Thank you Dr. Boren and Christina for everything you do. You are truly appreciated!

Dustin McElreath: Trying to get a chemo patient with 102 fever a flu/COVID test and was told it would be a 30 hour wait at best, thats if we are lucky enough to snag an appointment at 7 am the following day. Not sure what the point of a virtual appointment or drive through testing is for immuno compromised people if you have to wait days to even get the initial test done!!

Kaysie Pizana: I was rushed to the Caldwell ER with stroke symptoms and let me just say how wonderful the staff was there, they were quick and got me the life saving medicine I needed and got me on a helicopter and flew me out to Bryan where I needed to be in ICU, if it wasnt for their quick reaction and help I wouldnt be here today because I did in fact have a stroke and Im 100 percent ok Im a walking miracle!! And I give all praise to Jesus and to Caldwell ER staff!! Thank you so much for saving my life!!
