Dr. Rance A. Boren, MD - Brownwood (TX)

5 /5 Misty Skaggs: Dr. Rance Brown has been my neurologist for many, many years. He is incredibly knowledgeable but has never come across as arrogant. He has always been willing to listen (actually listen) to my questions and concerns and provides answers in a way that makes sense. I trust and respect his opinions. Ive never felt rushed through a visit but I understand he cant spend all day with me and I do try to respect his time. I have heard some of the negative comments regarding his bed side manner and in all the years hes been my neurologist Ive never experienced that from him. Now, hes not the type to sugar coat things and while I appreciate that about him, Im sure it isnt for everyone. He has always been willing to work with me and I know I can be rather bull-headed. I would recommend him to anyone needing a Neurologist. In fact, I moved over 3 hours away from him last year but Im willing to travel that distance because I wholeheartedly believe his expertise is worth it! His assistant, Christina, is FANTASTIC! She is very friendly, professional and has a GREAT attitude. Thank you Dr. Boren and Christina for everything you do. You are truly appreciated!

5 /5 Shaunah Musick: I take my cousins to see him, she has stage four astrocytoma brain cancer and has seizures and a hard time sleeping.. He has been treating her for over a year now and has been fantastic with her the whole time, he’s patient and understanding when it takes her a minute to remember something and he takes the time to access the situation, he has never rushed us anytime we have seen him!!!

5 /5 Deb Horton: Saw Dr. Boren for the first time yesterday. Terrific physician. I know. Have had cancer twice. Very cordial & put me at ease. Knows his Neuro. Make an appointment. You wont regret it!
