1 /5 Amanda Johnson: Second Update: I contacted them about never getting my prescription, they apologized and said they would call it in and STILL NO PRESCRIPTION CALLED IN a week after my appointment!!! No idea why this place exists other than to waste your time and money. Shame. On. Them. They were happy to take my cash but could care less about your well- being. Will be contacting the BBB. Update: Well changing this from 5 to 1 stars because just like the reviews below, the front office staff messed everything up and did not call my prescription in and now Ive got to wait with an infection for antibiotics until Monday. The phone number on here and their website is not correct. What a waste of time. Dont waste yours.... Came here last minute as a walk in on a Saturday and had zero wait, very good experience with the nurse and doctor. The negative reviews on here have to do with front office staff, not the actual care received. Dont expect a hello, smile or any kind of cordial behavior when you check in, front office staff is not or welcoming or friendly at all. But once you get in the back everyone is really great and doctor was kind and knowledgeable.

5 /5 Lisa Dixon: My kids have been going here for over a year now. Dr Top (can’t remember the rest of it) was awesome while he was a resident there. My son has seen a new doc twice with the swapping of residents, and he is great. He made my son comfortable with his previous scoliosis diagnoses, and the second time got to tell him he was outgrowing it. Trying to get my daughter in, but the phones are on the fritz. I just roll with it, but they may want to switch. As to the front desk staff, cut them some slack. I accidentally took one of my kids in an hour early. Let’s just say I don’t think Mr. Roger’s could take a day working there with what they put up with in person… I shudder to think what they deal with on the phones.

1 /5 Jessica Anderson: I dont go to the doctor often. When I called for the appointment I told them there were 5-6 things I wanted to talk about and get situated. When the dr walked in I was told to pick 2 of them. Then this particular Doctor told me that the one thing I wanted, a oral medication for Psoriasis I wouldnt qualify for- I have psoriasis on my scalp. The medicated shampoo is super strong and leaves me sick and topical creams and ointments leave my hair greasy and gross after application. He addressed the other issue I was allowed to talk about. Asked what pharmacy. Told him which one. I call the one I wanted it submitted to and they said they never received it. So I call Grayson County clinic back, to have them submit to the right one. They told me to call where they sent it to and have them fax to my preferred. Is it me... Or has this place gone downhill?

5 /5 Katherine Myers: I had a very good experience here. I was skeptical with it being a health clinic, but was pleasantly surprised with the whole process. I did not have to wait very long, the lady at the front desk was polite. My doctor was so helpful and very down to earth (Dr. Rassa) and I highly recommend him. I feel heard and seen and am fully on board with my treatment plan.
