5 /5 Jennifer Lide: Our rental car had a bolt in one tire and a nail in another. We pulled into The Belton Good Year at closing time on a Friday night and were welcomed warmly by Lee Watkins and Kyle Clark. There was no way they were letting us out on the road without fixing our car. We cannot thank them and their entire team enough for their hospitality, care and outstanding service. You dont see this much anymore. We need more guys like these!

1 /5 Mark M: Unfortunately, one of the worst car experiences I’ve had in my entire adult life. Wife brought vehicle in for a new battery, ended up with additional electrical damage, requiring the vehicle that was running upon arrival, to have to be towed to the dealership after a second attempt to remedy the issue. Ended up costing over $2000, a little higher than I was expecting for a battery and installation. We had been regular customers for close to 10 years, entire family had service and tires there, however, since Mark and Greg, previous managers left, service has been steadily in decline. Consider other options before you go here

1 /5 Yadi Nafahid: Run!!! The reviews are true. They will find everything in the book wrong with your car. Said my daughter needed new spark plugs since the old ones was covered with oil. Kept her vehicle a whole day. She picked up her vehicle only for the car to begin to smoke. Less than 48 hours she was on the phone with store manager Lee That guy is a joke to say she needed a new radiator as to why the car is doing what its doing. We called the customer service number which is a joke but did make a complaint eventually. We was told a Mr.Ramirez the District manager would be in contact. He didnt help the situation either. Save your money this Goodyear has no integrity at all. Go elsewhere like we did. Thankful for the company that looked at the damage that Goodyear indicated they fixed and was willing to put in writing for us. Never again

1 /5 c williams: BEWARE!!!Please be advised of the store manager Lee as well as employees at this location is all about over pricing customers. My daughter car was service for brakes and with the suggestion of management to do a diagnostic test in which she was told that her spark plugs had oil over them needed to be replaced. They kept the vehicle on a Friday returned to her on a Saturday afternoon. By Sunday afternoon the vehicle was jerking. Monday morning she called the store to report her car was loosing power as she was driving toward they location. Only seconds later her car stopped completely while the manager Lee suggest for her to try to get the car there.May I also added the vehicle began to smoke. These people charged her 2685.00 and suggest her car is jerking from a busted radiator and get this the new spark plugs are now back covered with oil. So basically that wasnt necessary to do. I have called the customer service number 1-800-321-2136 is a joke people. But I did call 1-800-823-2318 to make a complaint. The agent advised that the District manager Saxo Ramirez would be contacted. Mr.Ramirez was spoken to my daughter and feels that she needs to replace radiator and support all actions of his staff. My daughter eventually had to tow her vehicle back to Goodyear. This management staff cant continue to treat people poorly and stand behind the Goodyear name for integrity.
