1 /5 David Buchanan: Sent a truck to have a long block put in it. Clint kept is for 3 months and then called my wife to say it would go from $4200 to $6800, trying to take advantage of a woman. After 3 months I got stuck towing a torn apart truck back home that was running when it was sent there. Had to pay him for tearing it apart. 3 months and it wasnt done?! Then wants $2600.00 more than quoted for same amount of work! RIP OFF!

1 /5 Dezire Lauture: Brought my Crown Victoria in for a blendor actuator replacement and asked for my brakes to be checked as my brake light was on and I was experiencing a vibration in my steering wheel. To access the actuator, the dash must be removed. The part was replaced but my radio was damaged during the process and another one put in its place. Music only plays on the right passenger side. Clint denied replacing the radio on the phone but he gave me my original radio back. His assistant said my car was a pain in the ... in my presence. I was told my brakes were "fine". In reality, the struts were badly leaking and I needed new brake pads and rotors. As far as I am concerned, Clint and his assistant are trash mechanics with no integrity. .

Rachel Bradley: I have had to use Daniel from Horn’s Mobile mechanic twice. I have got to say that being mobile is a blessing! I had him fix my daughter car. She had to replace her thermostat, it had a crack in it. And my vehicle also had a coolant leak as well. I have to say he fixed both vehicles in a timely manner and didn’t have any issues afterwards. He even told me that if we had issues going to work(Salado) to call him he would be there!! Daniel is the best and I will forever keep his number for my vehicle needs!! Thanks again!!

Stormy 2020: I had a great experience with Caliber collision on 35 in south Belton. Josh was incredibly detailed when walking me the everything that was going to be fixed and how it would be done. He made sure I understood the whole process and kept me updated every other day with progress reports. My car was actually finished sooner than expected, and when I picked it up, it felt like getting a brand new vehicle back. Josh was there to make sure I was satisfied with it. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. Thank you to Josh and the team for making a stressful situation so much easier. Aaron Nawrocki: Big John’s was recommended to me by the insurance company, and I’m sure glad they did. After a short scan or other reviews, I decided to take my truck to them. I was hit by a drunk driver, so that guys insurance was being used to fix my truck. Of course, insurance companies want to save money and short cut some repairs, but Big John’s wasn’t influenced by their tactics and refused to do it the cheep way, making sure my truck was fixed the right way. When I picked up my truck I was absolutely amazed at the quality of work. The entire drivers side of my truck was damaged, and after they were done you’d never be ablet to tell without looking at the records. Very high quality work and if I ever need body work done again, Big John’s is the only place I’ll take my vehicle. Highly, highly recommended.

Jo Aragon: BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!! THE SHOP DEVALUED AND REUINED MY TRUCK!!!!!!! The shop had my truck a year and drove our truck over 1000 miles. Employees phones were connected to the Bluetooth, personal items (mail etc..) were in the truck, all paperwork was out of the glove department, the owner manual was gone, coffee spilled all over the truck. The ceiling fabric and the speakers are falling out of the ceiling, the catalytic converter was stolen out of the truck, all the high-end parts out of the truck are gone, right down to the mud flaps. LIST OF FRAUD AND SUBSTANDARD REPAIRS! 1. The front body panel gaps were misaligned due to impact. This vehicle needed to be set up, gauged, and squared to specifications. 2. The left rocker panel was not replaced as per the Gewico estimate and was compromised by substandard repair. 3. Without using gauges I could see the front wheels had an extensive amount of negative camber. Thats where the top of the tires tower inward at the top. 4. The left front upper suspension trailering arm was bent and all bushings were damaged. 5. The center steering arm was bent. 6. The left front tire rod is broken and clamp loose. Dangerous situation!! 7. The front differential housing was not replaced as per the Geico estimate and is damaged. 8. The rear axle assembly looks to be out of alignment. It has a severe pull to the right and a bump steer to the right. Bumper steer is where the front suspension components are bent and when you hit a bump the vehicle darts right or left. Paint has runs and overspray all over. Painted over the lights. This vehicle is dangerous and should not have been allowed to drive 1300 miles from Texas to California where we live. My husband drove to Texas 3 times after Mr Cambell told him his truck was fixed. The last trip was 6 weeks of going between Geico and the shop with no help. The shop wouldnt give any paperwork. Save yourself do not go to this shop!!!
