Kielan Smith I got into an accident in late April after having my truck for less than two months. The person at fault’s insurance had lots of auto shops in network, but I trusted Caliber Collision even though many people I asked voted against it, saying that they take a long time to get the job done. It took about almost two months for them to repair my truck back to basically brand new, but it wasn’t their fault worth the wait. They updated me the whole way through and it sounded like they knew what they were doing. I’m happy to be driving my truck again, shoutout to Jonathan for holding it down!

Crystal Nering Excellent and speedy customer service! I recently had a minor issue with my car while traveling out of town for work, and this Firestone location came through in a big way. They were conveniently located, identified the problem right away, and had it fixed within minutes. I truly appreciated their efficiency and willingness to help me get back on the road so quickly! Definitely a dependable spot if you’re ever in a bind.

sal I dropped my car off for an appointment for 10 AM. I called around 3:30 just for an update not rushing by any means just to be told that my car is just now being loaded onto the machine. It’s 4:22pm as I’m typing this and my car has yet to be seen and the only thing the manager can tell me is “we’re just about to put it up.” No you weren’t, no you were not. Do not lie to me. What you did was you overbooked too many people AND you didn’t schedule or hire enough people to be on site. Now I’m going to spend my money elsewhere. What’s the point of appointments if you aren’t going to honor them? Absolutely ridiculous. Firestone has lost a customer for LIFE

Esse Wade I called Greens with a question about my car being repaired elsewhere and the charge. He was so gracious in giving me information knowing my vehicle was being serviced somewhere else. I will most definitely take it to Greens in the future. I feel he has integrity and honesty because of our conversation.

J MB99 Brian worked on my 2006 Tundra and repaired the front end leak for a very reasonable price. Ive very happy with the time it took and the price I paid. If you need your vehicle repaired from a honest mechanic, make sure you come to see Greens Automotive. Will definitely go back with my other vehicles.

Angela Meyer They were friendly people who were quick to diagnose our automotive problems. We were traveling and staying in Temple for the weekend. The problems and repairs needed would not be able to be addressed until next week and would probably take longer than the time that we had. We appreciate their candid, upfront, honest help.

Hayden Curry First off the guy named Ethan is the friendliest person ever. He’s knows his stuff and doesn’t bs you. I’m not sure the other guys name but he was there when I brought my gto in he’s awesome and super friendly. Well everyone I’ve encountered there is super friendly and nice and they care. I know what it’s like working in this heat and these dudes still got a smile on their face. They know their stuff and seem to enjoy their job and that says something in its self.I’m a Karen when it comes to my vehicles and who touches them and I trust these guys here to do work on my car and truck. The pricing is fair and they get it done fast and do a great job. I got more work coming y’all’s way soon y’all be prepared! Thank y’all!

justin guthrie Gilbert is a very nice man. And will give you the best deal around, along with good, honest, quality work. I would recommend him to anyone that wants a good job, at a very reasonable price. If I ever need a mechanic in the future, hes my go to guy for sure!!!

sonya ables They fixed my truck IDK how many times. Brakes, headlights, steering box, most recently fuel pump. But always do an excellent job! And they are fast. The prices are so cheap compared to anyone else. And if you find someone cheaper they will beat there price. Thanks Gilberts Auto.

Susan Haywood My Son needed help in getting his broken down truck to the transmission shop. I had it taken to the man he selected. I am extremely glad that he chose wisely in choosing that shop!!! Excellent work!!!!

Mel Livingston These guys are the best. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Problem with the lugnuts due to manufacturing design. We discussed the problem, I was recommended a solution, took their advice, and with their above and beyond attitude, the problem was resolved. The job completed. Timely and cost effectively. Pros and friends. Customer for life.

Katie Miles I typically go elsewhere for an oil change, but this time I needed the works; oil change, car detail, tire rotation and new windshield wipers. I was kid-free for the day to get this stuff done. If I had known they had a little outdoor play set for kiddos to play, I would have brought her. They advertised and delivered. Absolute excellent care, it really is a one-stop shop. Do keep in mind only certain services are available on the weekend, there is reasoning for that. I ended up getting an oil change + car detail and my car looks fantastic! For the price, I couldn’t believe the quality! I even got 10% off since I did a full detail + oil change together. I was able to work on my laptop while I waited, it was a beautiful day to be outside. Thank you for taking the weight off my shoulders as a busy mom!!

Israel O Went to this place twice, I assume the people leaving the awesome reviews either had maintenance work and plenty money. The first time there was some young boys working which made me a little uncomfortable when one asked the other do we work on volvos. The second time I spoke with a very professional man who seemed to be the owner. However he was not the mechanic the mechanic was an old rude fool who could barely walk. I needed my car checked due to rough riding and my tires wearing out fast. These guys took two weeks called me after they had installed a battery which it didnt need and said I needed a new tire before they could check anything and that I owed them 174$ plus tax for a battery which was a used battery that gave up the ghost 2 days later. They did not check absolutely nothing other than saw the tires worn and assumed that was the problem. I took it to another mechanic shop after I told them what was happening and they where able to Tell me what was wrong, CV joints. took it there and was fixed with in a few hours and was under 150$.

Cory Cannon This place treated me great and helped me get my sunroof closed before another storm. I will be going back to them for all of my cars needs.

Kelsey Souders I work over at BSW and as I was pulling out of work today I got a nail in my tire. I immediately called the closest tire shop - Troy’s Auto Care - and asked if they could help me. They said they had my tire in stock. I drove down the road and they were able to get my tire off, repaired and back on in less than 30 minutes. I chatted with Troy in the office while his guys worked on my tire and everyone was so friendly. This would not have been my first pick of places to go but I will be going to them from now on for all my car needs! So grateful for their kindness and help on a late afternoon!

Cody Allen Was gonna bring my wife car here for brakes, called to get a quote and spoke to some guy with no care to be on the phone. He spoke with what I believe was a mouth full of dip, I dont know, but he didnt seem to happy he had to answer the phone. Its a wonder little shops like this stay in business. Probably just happy serving the few locals folks they still have coming in. Well I have lived in this neighborhood for 3 yrs and bought a house here. Im not leaving for a long time, and Ill be taking my business anywhere but here.

Trevor Lambert I mustve caught some debris on a rough road, noticed my tire pressure dropping. Pulled over and saw some slight damage to the valve stem. Took the tire to Goodyear and luckily all it needed was the core to the valve stem. Kyle sprayed the tire down with the soap mixture to ensure it wasnt leaking elsewhere, replaced the core for the valve stem, filled it with air and sent me on my way. Great customer service gained Goodyear a regular customer today.

Crystal Bulls They treat people with respect. Helped me find the right tires. Gave me an estimate with new tires and alignment. Showed me the stabalizer link wasnt hooked up. Showed me what its supposed to look like. They went above and beyond. Fast friendly family service. I will be going back. PHIL OEHM is the best!!

JBJ Poultry Excellent service !! 5 stars. Had an alignment done on the front end of my vehicle. Fast, efficient at a very reasonable cost. I was provided in detail the problem, what caused it and shown in detail how it was fixed. Super nice people, easy to work with. Highly recommended ! Steve Wentz I’m new to the area and needed a mechanic to help me figure out an annoying noise my truck was making. I took it to Cornerstone and they took care of me with a one day turn around. Prices were very affordable and I felt like they were transparent and honest with. Glad I found them!

Shawnese I will never take my business to this place again. They possibly saw a woman coming and thought I was "clueless". My daughters car was squealing when started. I assumed it was the serpentine belt. The guy at the front desk said it could be that multiple belts could need replacing. He quoted me $275 including diagnostic, if it was the serpentine belt. I also asked a quote for wiper replacement. He said $45. The mechanic was nice & seemed honest when he did a quick check & told us that all the belts were pretty much new. He thought only some tightening was needed, which he did some adjustments while we were standing there. He wanted to keep the car a few hours & see if it made the noise. When I went to pick up the car, I was told I owed $391! He told me that the mechanic had to tighten some things around the belts. When I asked if he had to remove any parts to make the adjustments, he said no & his explanation made no since. Then he states that he would adjust the cost & took it down to $300, still didnt make sense. On the invoice I was charged $90 for them replacing the wipers! ($15 per wiper & $30 a piece for each one) I was also charged $135 for an hour of labor, when he made the adjustments while we were standing there in about 10 or 15 minutes max. The front desk guy continues to make excuses about tariffs & how much a dealership would charge. It is sad. How do people sleep at night??

Adayja Don’t go here if you’re a girl because they treat women bad and take advantage of them. You can’t trust any mechanics without them trying to lie to you. They tried to charge us 500 dollars for putting windshield wipers and tightening some things in the car. The original was 275 to change the belts but we didn’t even need any belts replaced. Honestly stereotypical bad mechanics that take advantage of people.

Michael Church Great customer service. Oil change was done fast and efficient. As always they recommend the extra services but don’t pressure you getting them. I’ll use them again in the future.
