5 /5 JOHNNIE: We have used the hospital, emergency room and doctors several times over the last two years and I can tell you that they are nice, clean and the food is great! I had to experience NW for surgery and then back to Hfd for swing bed and I will take Hereford any day over what I had in Amarillo. Now most of the staff was nice up there, but the rest were not and the rooms were tiny. Food was gross. I had a different set of doctors stroll through everyday. Not really concerned with me, just viewing the broke bones. So, To Hereford Hospital keep up the good work YOU are appreciated!!!!

1 /5 Kevin Bradford: I submitted a request about a pricing inquiry due to continuously receiving bills after my deductible was met. I promptly received a call regarding the situation and was advised that I was over charged and I was actually owed a refund between $1500-$2000 dollars. The gentleman did inform me the process would take time that they had applied my pre-payment to a different account which is what caused the confusion but ensured me it would be made right. I submitted an additional request for them to reach out to me to let me know the status of the situation as I totally understand rules and regulations. This has been going on now for at least 4 months and only received one phone call which was fantastic that he had identified the issue. Unfortunately they do t follow through on their commitments. Being in the service industry my self I understand sometimes you are overwhelmed which is why I submitted a second request. Unfortunately this also fell on deaf ears. Watch out for shady business tactics and being over charged for services. Do your research and dont make the same mistake I did! I am happy to pay a fair price for services rendered but not being taken advantage of! I hope this situation is prevented by my detailed review.

1 /5 Tita Lara: MAKE THE DRIVE TO AMARILLO INSTEAD!! The Drs here are always so rude and they look at you like you’re stupid for asking questions and they even answer your questions with a tone that makes you feel like an idiot for asking them in the first place. If I could leave no stars I would but I guess one will do. Do not recommend!!!

We continued in because he had such a high spiked fever and lo and behold the place is dirty. I am hoping the physician has better bedside manner than the front office staff.

Amanda Bacchetta: I was there Saturday with my 11 year old daughter and everyone was kind, supportive and spoke to her like an adult. Everyone walked her through everything they were doing and why. I was very pleased with how well everyone communicated and attended to her!!!! This hospital is definitely our new number 1 for emergencies. I never judge an ER by their front desk because those poor people see and hear all kinds of crazy, but the front desk at this ER was very nice and attentive and supportive to the families that followed an ambulance. They also continuously apologized for how long we were there but it’s ER and that should be expected because they have to triage and sometimes everyone comes at once.

Alexis Carey: I had an extremely disappointing experience at this OB-GYN office. First off, they don’t even perform sonograms on-site; they refer you to another location, which feels incredibly impersonal and inconvenient and to make it worse the imaging center they refer out to doesn’t even provide printed pictures of the sonogram or even play the baby’s heartbeat out loud. The OB-GYN office visit gave a “factory-like” atmosphere, as if they were just rushing through appointments without any real care for the patients. I felt more like a number there than a patient. There was no comfortable place to sit in the back waiting area. And then I had to wait almost 30-40 minutes just waiting for the doctor to even come back to see me. The front desk staff were nice but I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care or a personal, welcoming experience.

Rasul Ngoma: Heath services of North Texas - Denton Medical center 4304 is one of the best medical centers I have been treated. The staff are friendly and attentive to patients needs. Ms Nisha Abrahams, FNP attended to my medical issues with such a compassionate mood. All the referrals, lab tests and prescriptions made me feel cured, Not forgetting all other staff for their professional approach.

Tonya Chapman: I have been going to this practice for 22 + years. I have always had great experiences, from the front office to the office manager to the supervisor to the nurses to the NPS to the Doctors. The front office always greets patients with a smile. They get you checked in quickly and any paperwork I need them to print out is done by the end of my visit. The office manager always makes sure to say hi and ask me how I am doing. The supervisor always makes sure she says hi and asks if I have any issues. The nurses are always kind and courteous and very compassionate. They answer your questions and if they don’t know the answer they will find it out. The NP’S and Doctors are very competent and knowledgeable. They explain things so the patients understand. They talk to you like you are a person not a number. The whole office really cares about their patients and their health. The make me feel like I am family.

Tena Dale: I really loved my experience at HSNT, even though it was my first visit. I wasn’t kept waiting a long period of time before I was seen. I feel like the medical staff wants to help me get back to good health rather than just palliative treatments. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Jereni Arie: I see my orginal comment got deleted dont know why but I will explain again. My nurse Ian Pulluy was the most malice, narcissist , unproffessional nurse I have ever met in my life. He call me "dramatic" when I was throwing up my stomach acid/fluid. He left me unattend for 4 hours not giving me my fluids that I need, just for me to get discharged to still throw up. My life was a game to him and it sad that nobody want to have him liable for his actions. Not eveybody belong in the medical industry.

Katy Magee: I visited this ER in January 2025 and it was easily the best experience Ive had when it comes to urgent/emergency care. The facilities were clean. The receptionist was extremely kind and attentive. The nurses and doctors were patient, gentle, and communicated information very well. I was provided with a folder containing all details of my visits and the doctors recommendations that I was able to give to a specialist. This proved to be very helpful. Wait time was no longer than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this ER.
