1 /5 DAVEMAE: The worse visit ever! Was admitted and put in a room behind a curtain after 16 hours! Just for them to take me out of the room to put me back in the hallway! If there was a rating of a -0 I would. The Drs. and nurses kept coming up with different excuses of why I was not given a room. I didn’t realize you could even do that to a patient that was already admitted!

4 /5 Susan Hemmer: The staff here is outstanding. Not only did I feel they were concerned about my medical needs, but also many nurses took the time to chat with me and make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Being admitted to the hospital is no joke, but having to sleep in a bed in the ER hallway makes your illness even more stressful. Although the food was probably nutritional, it was usually cold and unappetizing. I wouldnt say it was the cleanest facility, but housekeeping did the best they could with the amount of traffic back and forth in the ER hallways.

5 /5 james Thompson: I was on vacation and took a fall. I went to ER, within 10 minutes they were taking me back to get CT scan. I got the results very quickly. I wanted to express how impressed I was with staff. Nurses and Doctor were top notch. I have been to many hospitals in my life and this experience was the best I have had. Thank you for your kindness as well! Now hopefully on to finish my vacation with family.

1 /5 kieren harris: If I could give 0 stars, I would. What a joke! Coming here made me feel like I was in a hospital in a 3rd world country. It was unbelievable. My boyfriend, his friend, and I were all involved in a MVA. We arrived by ambulance, and we were treated like animals. It was awful. We had no rooms. My boyfriend had a hallway for a room, and I had a bench. They were quick to get scans and x-rays, however it took them hours to review them. I understand they were busy, but at any other facility I would have at least been given an IV and a doctor would have assessed my injuries. The only time I saw a doctor was when I was being discharged. I have burns on my neck and shoulders, and the doctor never once looked at me or assessed me at all. The bathroom was disgusting with pee all over the floor. We arent from here and were not aware of the awful situation that this hospital has. I am appalled at the lack of bedside care these nurses have and at their inability to provide care up to the standard. After a couple hours, I found my boyfriend and was sitting with him. A nurse walked by and forced me to move and sit in a bench alone. I was extremely upset as again, I am not from here and have no family anywhere near me, and he brought me comfort and peace. We all have concussions and are pretty beat up from it all, and I just wanted to sit with him. She was confused as to why I was crying and was so upset after I told her the situation and that I needed to be with him. She did not care and proceeded to tell me that I could not move from where I was. I was so sad and felt so alone. This hospital is just awful. Please, if you have a choice, DO NOT come here.

1 /5 Bear: Family friend unable to urinate, swollen abdomen due to liver cirrhosis. Hes currently there and has been for over 12 hours. They will not drain fluid, will not examine, and will not transfer. Hes currently hot to touch and dry-heaving. I feel like Im going to watch my friend die while nothing is being done. Edit: He was left without pain management or care for 15 hours after being placed in a room. He was repeatedly told that the ER staff couldnt help him and that he had to wait for a hospital doctor. Care began 16 hours after his arrival, but it was too late- hes dead now.
