1 /5 Sandi Quesada: I’d give zero stars if I could. No communication between physicians and staff, there isn’t even physician to physician communication. Discharge plans are often not communicated and to be frank, completely unsafe at times. Bedside report at change of shift was noted to be incorrect more times I could count; nurses reporting that patient was on one IV antibiotic, however a quick and easy glance at the IV pole showed an empty bag of a completely different IV antibiotic. It’s not a place I’d feel safe and I certainly would never allow my family to be treated here. It’s unfortunate that there aren’t many options for care here in Corpus and many don’t have the ability to seek care in a larger surrounding city.

1 /5 Alma Ramos: Was at ER with my 72 yr old mom called for restroom assistance for her and the nurse said she would send someone over had to call a second time. At that time I heard her tell Misty(nurse) my mom needed to go to RR she past the buck to another nurse that started to walk our way but then stop to talk about what she had for lunch so then another nurse seemed upset got up and came to start to help my mom; at that point the (lunch) nurse says I got it. So why was everything else more important than to come take my mom to RR!!!! Who cares if your dang pasta had mushrooms and you’re allergic take care of that over at the restaurant too late once you’re at work you have patients to attend too!!!!!

3 /5 GEORGE GALLUP: The medical care of what they want to do is very good, but sharing information is terrible. They also lost a wallet in ICU and dont care at all even after a complaint was filed. Then in a panic to move the patient out of hospital to rehab they lost his dentures. So if you have someone in this hospital keep there property with you. Good luck

1 /5 Linda N. E: Incompetent ER physician and nurses. Diagnosed a PE in pregnancy with a D-dimer lab value and when I had questions about my medication and the charge nurses would hang up the phone. Please avoid the nurse Justin, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will be reporting him to hospital management.
