Doctors Clinic - Rosenberg (TX)

1 /5 Clemente Aguillon: Service extremely poor! They attend a patient like every hour. I was told that I was gonna wait a little since I didnt have an appointment but not for hours. I got to the clinic at 9 am waited more than an hour and after that hour a patient came out, a patient that wasnt even there when I arrived to clinic! So another patient went and I was supposed to be next but to make sure I asked the receptionist if I was next to the one that just went in and she replied (not very nicely) "no, theres another patient with an appointment" so after waiting for an hour 15 mnts, and seeing that they would take in a patient after more than an hour passed, I decided to leave and look for another clinic. Shame on this clinic staff! Their waiting time its imposible! 4 hours I figured for a non appointment patient. I wouldnt recommend this clinic to no one!

1 /5 Herline Gordon: Whats on my 2:30 appointment today at the doctors clinic The clerk working in the front desk had a very bad attitude because I asked her about the 3:30 appointment who they call they called him ahead of me. Never seen the doctor because of the attitude the clerk had.and the day was not the day.
