1 /5 Shawna Bryant: This was my first time coming to this office. I will not return. I will not recommed anyone. Demetra checked me in and it was the worst experience. I work in the medical field, so I know first hand how you should and should not speak to patients. She argued, raised her voice and put her finger in my face. So disgusting and disrespectful. Ill definitely contact the corporates office. She needs to be fired ASAP. Everyone else was great, the MA and especially the Doctor.

1 /5 Jonell Walker: Absolutely the worst service. Been going here for years, but it will have to be the last place on earth before me or my family come here again. It’s been a day later and I’m still waiting for a call back from the nurse or doctor. Hell anyone could have called by now! Plus, each visit has a long waiting time. My husband had a virtual visit and waited almost 30 minutes for the doctor to come on the visit. If you care about your quality of health and your time, do not choose Memorial Herman Medical Group.

1 /5 Mat: Ppl Please do not waste your tine bringing your child or elderly to this facility. The front receptionists are extremely rude, lack any concern for the patient, hv no customer svc skills whatsoever, put you on hold for 10-15min anytime you call to speak w/your dr or drs nurse. On the phn, they ask can you hold, if you say no, they put you on hold anyway. We hv been going here for years and its time to shop for another dr elsewhere. I hv nev run into this prob w/any of my drs elsewhere, only here. I Highly do Not recommend this clinic because of a lack of disrespect and concern for the patient, absolutely no customer svc skills from all front receptionists. When you arrive for an appt, they will hv you stand while they talk on the phn for sev minutes in front of you. When you are finished and rdy to ck out, again , you will find yourself standing there waiting once again for sev min while she talks on the phn in front you totally ignorng you. Unbelievable.

5 /5 Mina Margarita: The front desk /checkout were sweet! I seen Manuela Sandoval and she was amazing. She actually evaluated and checked me to make sure I was treated properly. Highly recommend this place !
