1 /5 Veronica Garza: Warning: DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD from this place. Wow...okay I never leave reviews, but this experience warrants me speaking up. If you work there or own this business, I hope you take note and make some changes. I only went because I received a $80 gift card from my husband. I paid for a Shellac pedicure and the receptionist says it is $40 for the pedicure spa plus $15 more for shellac. I hand her my gift card. I step out to get cash from my car to tip the nail tech. I step back in the spa and ask the receptionist what my total was she said $57.00. I then asked her what the balance was on the gift card and she tells me the card only had $57.00 and she kept the gift card. I thought that is strange...so I call my husband and ask him how much he purchased the gift card for and he said $80. I go back in and advise the receptionist that the gift card had $80. She then tries to explain that the way their system is set up that there is no way of her knowing what the balance is on the gift card. I thought that was very weird. She then asked “how much did you say was in the gift card” and I said $80 she then hands me the gift card and says so then your balance is $23. I thought that was extremely shady. If she needed $23.I would of just given them to her. Extremely poor reflection on the spa and nail tech as well. By the way I do have to mention that Mona, the nail tech did an awesome job!

1 /5 Clarissa Longoria: Went to a lady named Brenda for highlights and wanted to darken my hair to my natural brunette color. Brenda did not listen to my request and insisted I get a balayage. I am now half blonde and have very heavy blonde highlights that do not blend with my natural color at all. Would not recommend if you want to go darker.

1 /5 Elyy D: Booked several appointments and got quoted a ridiculously high price. Nevertheless I was willing to pay, other treatments were pending quote so I left additional money plus deposits . The ladies that took care of us were rude and had ZERO patience. Makeup came out meh.... hairdo looked a tangled mess. I guess they were in a hurry. My total ended up being less than what I had prepaid and they wanted to keep the rest. Even though I had overpaid when I left the deposit. Had to ask for my refund and they wanted to credit me for future services. (Maybe if they had been nice about it, but the lady was very rude) Its a beautiful salon, but the service is not worth what they charge. Will prob not go there again because Im sad about the way they handled things.

5 /5 Rosie Brorsen: LA-LA-LOVE Divalicious! Their services are so reasonably priced, and their staff is so professional. Lina is my go to when I need someone to do my nails. There is no other place I would go, definitely recommend!
