Akansha K: had a disappointing experience at this office. Despite arriving 10 minutes early for our appointment, the front desk informed us of a “no-show fee” that we had no prior knowledge of. When we expressed our concerns and declined to pay, the staff stated they would check with the doctor about proceeding with the appointment. Ultimately, we were told the doctor chose not to see us, which was frustrating given that we were on time. This experience left me feeling that patient care was not the priority. Clear communication and transparency about policies would have been helpful. I hope they take steps to improve their approach to patient interactions. I wouldn’t advise anyone to go this doctor.
Pati Crittenden: Dr. Konopacki is the best doctor in every respect. He’s caring, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and always willing to listen! My husband and I could not find a better doctor!
Diane Daniels: Dr. Bowling provides excellent professional care, taking as much time as needed to talk with me, as as a patient. He thoroughly reviews lab test results, responds quickly to phone calls, and provides appropriate medication. He and Laura, his medical partner/assistant, are an asset to the community.
Robin Reid: My sister told me about Stephanie and Autumn and what they could do to help me with my hormonal journey. They are such a blessing! They care about how I feel, they take their time in taking to me and makes you feel comfortable about letting them know exactly whats going on. The front staff welcomes you with a smile and are also friendly and very helpful when you call. They come highly recommended!

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service provided by Michelle and PA Trinity Williams during my visit today.
Michelle is truly a breath of fresh air from the moment you walk through the door. She is always smiling, professional, and goes above and beyond to assist patients during check-in and check-out. Her kindness and dedication do not go unnoticed.
PA Trinity Williams is equally phenomenal. She takes her time to thoroughly explain lab results and address any health concerns with great care and attention. Her commitment to patient well-being is truly commendable.
If we had a million more professionals like these two, the world—and the workforce—would be a much better place. I just wanted to make sure you knew how exceptional they both are.
Christina Cheney: Dr Gayten is very friendly and knowledgeable. Staff is great. They take bloodwork without having to go to a separate lab. (Have had blood taken twice and it didn’t even hurt). Can’t say enough so happy with this office.
Betty Friar: I was in Cibolo Creek for two weeks in 2021 after knee surgery. My care was great. Back again in 2022 after another knee surgery replacement. Care was good and therapy with Kim and Vanessa was great. Staff was always concerned about my care. In 2024 returned again with my husband who was cared for after leg amputation. His care and therapy was great and he loved playing dominoes, bingo and attending the music presentations that were offered. His nurses were very attentive. We both were very pleased with our care!
