5 /5 Mary Reynolds: Dr. Konopacki is very attentive and available to his patients. He has taken great care of me, and I have serious, chronic health issues. Hes an excellent doctor and really knows his stuff. My only problem is the corporate, bureaucratic system that he works for. Those people are the ones, it seems, who handle most of the phone contacting and reminders. The staff IN the office are great.
