4 /5 Kimonya Lee: I have been a patient of Mrs. Henderson for over 4 years and this is the first visit where the nursing staff was not rude. I always feel welcomed by Mrs. Henderson, the Lab Team, X-Ray, and Front Desk Receptionist but Mrs.Hendersonās nurses are anything but welcoming. This first was better than before but here are few tips for improvement:
- greet the patient after you call for them in the lobby
- attend a customer service training
- when the patient has concerns please just write it down and let the doctor do their job
The experience was much better than previous visits and to be honest I only continue to come back because I like the service I get from Mrs. Henderson.
To the maintenance/cleaning crew please do something about smell of stale and old clothes in the lobby on Mrs. Hendersonsā side.
