1 /5 Randy Koerth: Not long ago this practice was owned by Dr. Proctor. Everyone was nice and you felt respected and taken care of. Baptist took over and you feel like a number and are treated rudely. Im in the process of finding somewhere else to go and thats really sad because Ive been a patient here for close to 8 years.

1 /5 marisa catherine: Ever since Baptist took over the staff has become unprofessional. I’ve had two staff members having a conversation, cussing, laughing while taking my vitals. When I was saying how I was feeling I was told “yeah that’s too much for me” and laughing about it. I don’t go to the doctors office for an amateur comedy show, I go for a visit to feel better. They do not call you with results from any tests you have done if it’s clear. Positive or negative results, we should be aware. The nurses when receiving phone calls are very unprofessional and have a very rude attitude. I used to love going here due to my favorite doctor and her nurse, but as Baptist took over they ended up leaving. I will be looking for a new facility.

1 /5 Wendy Lapeyrolerie: I hold these people responsible for my dad being stage 4 esophageal cancer instead of stage 2 because they did not want to follow up on his pains and do a PET scan for 2 years!!! Despite his multiple requests. When they finally did the scan and found the cancer, they would forget to order his meds and had to be asked TWICE to fill out the form he provided so he could get a handicapped sticker for his car as he was no longer able to walk. William basically gave it back without filling it out or signing a thing. I had to watch my dad die a slow and painful death because of their failure to care and not listening to their patient. You’re better off laying in the middle of interstate 10.

1 /5 Khaliyah Neloms Stewart: I have been trying to get documents signed for three days now. There system has been down since Friday January 24,2025. I offered to take the signed documents myself to my employer because it’s time sensitive. Was told today that there system should be up and running tomorrow.

1 /5 Sandra Edwards: Beware of the bills you will receive from Baptist Hospital with no explanation and when you call the Dr’s office to inquire about the billing no one has any idea and can’t do anything with the bill! Just tell you to call Baptist Hospital so basically they see you bill you and your insurance then have no answers when it comes to billing.
