1 /5 Towanna Lowe: This place has POOR communication skills. I’ve been hospitalized several times AFTER the gastric sleeve. Complication after Complication.Reached out to Ordonez to no avail! Deanna, the lady up front is rude! They don’t return your calls, and lies about contacting your insurance company, you MUST go behind them and do the work. I feel ignored, and pushed to the side. Can’t believe I did the commercial this office asked me to participate in, Dr Ordonez wouldn’t even stand close to me for pics, but hugged on the Hispanic male that was there for the commercial as well, I have the pictures as proof. I’ve told so many people about this place, and sent him a lot of business. His bedside manner sucks AFTER he takes your money, he WILL NOT come to the hospital and follow up with you, always sends another Dr on his behalf. Office manager Yolanda started out great, keeping in touch, making you aware of your next step etc. Now I can’t get her on the phone. You must call and call to get her, then she texted me on my personal phone to tell me my claim was denied!!! Unprofessional at its best! Don’t use this group. Trust me once they get your money, mess you up in surgery, they are done with you. Ordonez did a Bravo placement on me, and burned my throat, now I have an ulcer. Haven’t seen this man since July, when he made me aware I had no other choice but to have a bypass due to all the air/gas. Well my family is WELL AWARE of what I’ve been going through with this clinic, and if something should happen to me, well, let’s just say they have all medical records

5 /5 Tonya Patterson: I had gastric bypass surgery October of 2021, done by Dr. Ordonez. Let me tell you about my experience. I have never in my life had such a wonderful doctor treat me just like family. He took his time with every appointment, answered every question, no matter how small. Dr. Ordonez took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. After my surgery, I was given the 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ treatment by the staff at Baptist Hospital. Every need was met instantly and I would not trade it for the world. Dr. Ordonez staff called me every day to check on my status and pain. Without Dr. Ordonez and his staff and the treatment I received, I would not have lost 70lbs in 6 months with only 25 more to go. Dr. Ordonez and his office are top notch all the way.
