5 /5 Staci Clear: The staff everyone from dr to nurses nurse practioners admitting staff literally everyone including cleaning and meal service every one was great very attentive to my needs very polite,lotsa of compassion.Dr Regional Medical center is the best hospital and has the best care teamsthere.as well as their sister hospital bay are cc.tx medical center.I really like to thank the Urlogoy Team they had removed a kidney stone from me on nov27 & it went so smooth i had no after pain then feb 27 went to have the left kidney stone removed and it went well exxcept this procedure it had to be taken out threw my back this procedure was way more painfull n had to stay few days extra but everyone was still great n took good care of me .i guess pain is to be expected after surgery.but they made sure that i was comfortable and always friendly. And as my pain was easier to deal wit it was time to go home..great experience love this hospital

1 /5 Tj Lowery: No check out instructions, wrong meds.I have never seen a hospital this bad before. Also, all the contact numbers for after care were wrong. No work excuse for my wife. She was in for heart failure, was in for 5 days, now has to go back to work the next day, no work excuse or care suggestions.

5 /5 Karen McLain: I felt so loved at this hospital. The hospital was full but the professionalism and care shown by the doctors and nurses seemed like I was the only patient. I am extremely grateful to them all.

Joseph Gonzales: Anyone trying to make a claim with supplemental insurance good luck getting a UB04. It is easier getting teeth pulled than dealing with CCMC getting documents you need. They will tell you they dont give that information out because they think your uneducated and dont know the law, but by law they have to give that information out to you. They will just transfer you 1 million times just so that you get frustrated and hang up. Go ahead CCMC comment on my review and tell the people the real reason why you dont want to give a UH04. On a good note the fine people in Tennessee did help get me the documents I needed. "As required by the Medical Practice Act, §159.006, a physician shall furnish copies of medical and/or billing records"

DAVEMAE: The worse visit ever! Was admitted and put in a room behind a curtain after 16 hours! Just for them to take me out of the room to put me back in the hallway! If there was a rating of a -0 I would. The Drs. and nurses kept coming up with different excuses of why I was not given a room. I didn’t realize you could even do that to a patient that was already admitted!

I receive food stamps, my kids are on Medicaid but I’m not poor enough for Nueces County?? I’m a single parent with dependents yet I cant get health care because I cannot afford healthcare but I’m just not poor enough? Do I have to be homeless to get a clinic card or what? It is ridiculous really. The people that need help don’t get it! I guess I have to quit my job and get further into poverty to receive help from the county. HELP THE UNINSURED ADULTS NUECES COUNTY!!!

Every time I’m sick and I mean every time that I am sick, I always get an explanation of the issue that I am having to where I’m able to comprehend, proper medication prescribed to me / issued to me in house to where I am feeling better within a day or two. There have been times where I go to major hospital ER and don’t get the proper care and have to go back to physicians premier just for them to adjust the issue and ever since that incident I have never gone back to any spohn facility!! Everyone that I have ever encountered from the register,, to the nurses,, to the doctors they are all so kind and caring. Always in such a great mood, it makes you feel good going there, especially since most of the time I’m not feeling too well.. it’s nice to be welcomed with smile. ❤️ thank you all so much for what y’all do. I’m sure I’ll see y’all soon. lol
