S T: The receptionist who tried to verify my daughter’s insurance did not know what she was doing. I had to go back and forth with the insurance company, even gave her the phone to talk to them and all of a sudden was told my daughter didn’t have insurance. She tried to say I could pay $175! I took my daughter to a different urgent care on Clear Creek, and they were able to verify my daughter’s insurance with no problems! They said she did not put the correct information (the same one that was given to her) in the system. Thena Ketter: I have visited this place twice and both times were experiences. My wait time was good. The desk clerk was friendly as was the nurse. The PA who saw my daughter showed concern and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate if I had to go here again.
Amber Rivera: This was my second time being seen at this location in one week. Today I was seen because I had a cut to my ankle that required a few stitches. The woman working the front desk was very friendly. I had the same medical assistant both visits, and she was kind and helpful. The PA who did the sutures took what I had to say into account, was very personable, and down to earth. I had a very good experience with this urgent care and would recommend to friends/family.
Ricardo Garcia: We brought our son (1yr old) for a high fever, and the care we received was outstanding. Our nurse, Kayla, was absolutely wonderful—kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. The doctor was also great, taking the time to thoroughly assess our son and explain everything clearly. The entire experience was smooth, and we truly appreciate the compassionate and professional care. Highly recommend this facility! And couldn’t leave out the front desk lady she was super caring !
Rebekah Mobley: The front office staff are so rude. They have no business working in a customer service aspect. Unless you want to be treated with an attitude and wait hours for your schedule appointment, steer clear of this doctor’s office.

Good news is I let my insurance know they did knowthing so they shouldnt be trying to bill for no services. What a total was of fuel, time, effort, and money I could have been making at my job.
The north remembers: So I want to start off with I did have to wait a long time to get in, but there is only one doctor here and a lot of the issues came from my insurance company which isn’t the fault of anyone at this office. I had my appointment this morning and I did have to wait but again one doctor. Front desk and staff were very nice, the chairs are changed from the ones that were featured in the review. Place was clean, doctor was vey nice and explained everything so I could understand. I was expecting the worst due to many bad reviews but my experience was not bad just a bit of a wait time.
