1 /5 Chris Howerton: Wasted an entire day off work for something they could have told me over the phone. Good news is I let my insurance know they did knowthing so they shouldnt be trying to bill for no services. What a total was of fuel, time, effort, and money I could have been making at my job.

1 /5 Bacon Flavored Stream: Whether I am getting an appointment, trying to contact the office, getting test results or ensuring they update the codes on the documents they need to send in for insurance. Everything is a struggle with them. I shouldnt need to remind a doctors office to send codes and testing to insurance so that my insurance will cover my medication, but I do... sigh... the only reason I am at this office is lack of choice.

5 /5 Excellent Covenant: I had a good visit with Ms. Hill. she was very thorough with going over what was to expect for my procedure, to include my instructions that I needed to follow before.

3 /5 Gloria Culver: I also have to drive to the actual office to get an appointment and they were very nice there. Then there was a prescription issue where it took me a week to get an emergency refill. The telephone communication is a REAL issue. I think all of Wellstone uses this service and it is S….t!! By the way I still don’t know who Evon Hill is even though I supposedly had an appointment with her or him??
