1 /5 Ricky Plazaola: If I could give these people a zero I would!!! Dr. Swain’s people call me at 5:32pm they day before my Mom’s appointment at 9am tomorrow to tell me this doctor does not see patients over 70!!! Isn’t this age discrimination?!?! Mind you she’s been in and out of the ER due to breathing issues. This is so ridiculous!!!! Also I made this appointment over a month ago, in all that time these people couldn’t call us to let us know, they wait until the day before right before they close to call and tell us this information!!! Horrible!!!

1 /5 Jessica Jamrosz: Unfortunately, I have had a few encounters with Dr. Swain in the urgent care setting for my children as well as other specialist appointments. Please ensure you are knowledgeable in your patient rights, as well as, what is viewed as ethical and unethical from a medical provider.

1 /5 Brittany Leigh: Imagine waiting 3 MONTHS to get in AFTER A POSSIBLE STROKE. Only for them to be closed for no snow and being cold. Just to be rescheduled “eventually when they reopen” I haven’t seen my dr in well around 1.5 years due to their lack of care. The medical around ft Cavazos is ridiculous. Imagine being hospitalized and can’t get In to your doctor for anything … the system around here is broken and BSW / Wellstone has been the absolute worst dealing w military insurance. BSW is all about the money

4 /5 Knight Roswitha (Rose): I like Dr. Swain alot because he has compassion understands what your needs are. He is respectful and straight up able to connect . He always comes through if you need a referral. The Nurses and staff are super nice .the only reason I gave 4 Stars is not bad but Dr. Swain is a very tall big man, while he is talking to you he does not sit anywhere, he stands up. you sit in the chair looking up at him it is a bit uncomfortable and you cant hardly see him all you see is his beard because you feel so small. But he is a great Doctor.

5 /5 Kristin Kragl: I will always see a friendly face when entering the praxis. Wait time are reasonable and staff is very friendly. Dr Swain treats me professionally and answers all my questions. He does not rush me off.

The woman working the front desk was very friendly. I had the same medical assistant both visits, and she was kind and helpful. The PA who did the sutures took what I had to say into account, was very personable, and down to earth. I had a very good experience with this urgent care and would recommend to friends/family.

The entire experience was smooth, and we truly appreciate the compassionate and professional care. Highly recommend this facility! And couldn’t leave out the front desk lady she was super caring !

The north remembers: So I want to start off with I did have to wait a long time to get in, but there is only one doctor here and a lot of the issues came from my insurance company which isn’t the fault of anyone at this office. I had my appointment this morning and I did have to wait but again one doctor. Front desk and staff were very nice, the chairs are changed from the ones that were featured in the review. Place was clean, doctor was vey nice and explained everything so I could understand. I was expecting the worst due to many bad reviews but my experience was not bad just a bit of a wait time.
