5 /5 Thena Ketter: I have visited this place twice and both times were experiences. My wait time was good. The desk clerk was friendly as was the nurse. The PA who saw my daughter showed concern and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate if I had to go here again.

5 /5 Aracelis Noemi: Its always so fast coming here. Everyone is so polite and professional. I dont like going anywhere else! Its so clean. They offer water and coffee. And they answer any and all questions you have. I have never felt rushed or like I was a burden coming here. Truly the best place to go to.

5 /5 Liberty Team “TEAMLIBERTYTEXAS”: Very clean. ICE water and coffee available. Front desk lady was very friendly and welcoming. She was not snooty or rude at all. She made you feel like you were listened to. She was so in tune with what we needed. I did have a little wait of about one and a half hours but I got there behind about ten other groups in front of me. Once back in the room my wait was minutes…they saw me fast took my flu test fact, did not make me wait after that. Nurse came in and was very kind and professional. She knew what she was talking about and explained everything to me so I could tell she understood how I was feeling and she told me what to expect from now going forward with this flu…and how long before I’d be feeling better and they gave me everything in writing too so I could read more when not so sick. I trusted her. She was a good person herself and her energy was good. I highly recommend this place. Price was good and service was exceptional from the experience I had today. I wrote this while I’m feeling like crud from this flu so I would not forget to compliment them.

5 /5 Tanya McCallister: The lobby was clean upon me arriving and the young lady at the intake window was courteous and knowledgeable of what I was explaining about my reasoning for being seen. All in all my whole experience from the lobby to the back room with the doctor was pleasant and even though I was diagnosed with the flu, the workers at integrity urgent care made me feel comfortable and like I was being heard and taken seriously. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing to be seen.

5 /5 Chatila Lewis: Im very pleased with this urgent care. I get there early and have a very short wait. Took my son twice and both times Ive had an amazing experience. Visit is very informative and they are willing to answer any questions. The front desk lady is very nice and always has a smile on her face. Even though its almost a 20 min drive, for non emergency needs, Ill most definitely will be returning.
