5 /5 joseph Anderson: The entire staff here at BMC, is nothing less then awesome. Its a small hospital, but the level of care is second to none. All the doctors and nurses are so caring. They actually listen to your needs, and go above and beyond to make sure all your concerns and needs are taken care of. The lady that makes all the food does an excellent job. If I could give this hospital more then 5 stars i definitely would.

Starting with Nurse Patel handling pre registration and showing off his skills at " hitting that vein the first time". Very professional! Post surgery, we tested the patience of Night Nurse Petro. He handled us with much compassion and consideration! And Lucy, from the kitchen, deserves much more than an honorable mention!! From sandwiches to a breakfast fit for a king, shes the best! Nikki Mendez: I was visiting the island on a mini vacation when my dog had persistent diarrhea despite all the usual measures. I thankfully called this clinic near our air bnb and they were able to work my 13 year old dog in to the schedule. The clinic is so cute and located in a beautiful house. It felt very home-like. The staff were very personable. Dr. Fistein came to evaluate my pup and provided the appropriate recommendations. Once labs and sample were back, she provided my dog with 3 pills and 6 cans of wet sensitive stomach dog food. She gave her the first round of antibiotics there. Literally, they worked immediately and only had one accident the next 24hrs and nothing no accidents since. Dr. Fistein is very knowledgeable and I wish I lived closer to make her my dogs’ main vet. She is thorough and prices are very reasonable. She saved my pet from further discomfort, helped us enjoy the rest of our vacation and provided us with an uneventful trip home. As an adult healthcare provider, I was very impressed by my whole experience and could tell Dr. Fistein and her office are top notch! Thank you again!

Cathy Yao: Kindred was very good at taking care of my father after going through a heart attack, cardiac arrest, and a stroke. He was bedridden and put on a ventilator while in shock trauma for over a month, but we were at Kindred for about three weeks and they were able to wean him off the ventilator and get him back on his feet. The nurses and respiratory/physical therapists there are very nice and helpful and the food is also very good quality. I would highly recommend this hospital for your loved ones to get better.

Michelle Hanson: Looking for new Physician. Been having severe pain on my left side under the ribs. So I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Guillermo over a month ago. 4 days before my appointment I got a call saying that my appointment had been "improperly scheduled" by their employee and it was being cancelled. They could reschedule me in 2-3 months with an NP. This is your mistake not mine, and I can continue to live in pain for 2-3 months or pay a lot more money and go to the ER for your mistake. This is medical negligence. My family and I are now looking for a new PCP that actually cares for their patients.

Iris Garcia: Bad place keeps any patients ( specially family members) away from this clinic, my husband had been scheduled to have surgery on his left hand for the dialysis fistula on May 13 at 10:45 and still 6:37 pm and the Doctor has not finished yet with the patients from last night, no voices had been heard from him yet. This is crazy and they overcharge insurance for these situations, if you have any surgery that needs to be done on this place please look for a second place if you dont want to die here

She is very rude when dealing with patients and, even worse, when non-English speakers come in, instead of finding help or someone to assist them, she just stares at them disrespectfully. This is not only unprofessional but also insensitive to those in need of support. The customer service at this place definitely needs improvement.

Tracie Mazoch: I do appreciate the low costs. But you get what you pay for it guess. Went in did labs. Stool samples and blood work. Started bleeding when I was doing stool saple. Ended up at the er that day. Er found major infection colon and inflamation and bleeding, takibg tons of meds now.coastal called the next day and said i had nothing wrong. All tezt negative and blood showed no infections. I had a fever when i went to the doctor on inital visit. Said needed to wait till labs came back to give me meds. If you feel something is really is wrong get a second opinion. Please. Dont trust there labs.
